What a house... Beautiful inside and out, spacious, tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. From the first minute, we felt at home. You can sleep excellently in the comfortable beds, which is super important for our recovery. The high-quality, super beautiful kitchen with an adjoining cozy dining room invites you to cook and enjoy, a dream for passionate cooks. Those who prefer to have company while cooking can simply sit on one of the bar stools. In the beautiful living room, we enjoyed our time on the spacious seating area in front of the fireplace on cooler evenings. Since we had nice weather, we could almost always use one of the many outdoor seating areas: in the morning, the first coffee on the bench by the kitchen...! But even on less sunny days, we could sit outside, as each spot shields from a different wind direction. Simply wonderful! We also enjoyed excursions on foot in the quiet, rural surroundings or by car and ferry or train in a short time to the islands of Föhr, Amrum, and Sylt. And, and, and... We simply have to come back!

We spent our vacation here with 4 adults, 1 child, and 2 dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything is very lovingly furnished. The large kitchen practically invites you to cook together. An ideal starting point for visits to Denmark or the islands. There is one small negative thing, though. The driveway is gravel, which damages the cars, and it doesn't look very nice due to the weeds.

The house is beautiful - very cozy, with lovely old building substance under thatch, but completely renovated and technically at a very high level. Wonderful large fireplace, very comfortable beds - and space, space, space!! Well, we were there just the two of us with 2 dogs, but even 6 people would surely not step on each other's toes in this house. I quickly got used to ducking (I am 1.90 m tall) - there were no accidents. The fencing towards the street consists of three white wooden planks up to about. 1 m height is naturally no real barrier for two curious, young dogs, but the house can't help that - and I realize that a wire mesh fence would really be ugly there. - We liked it so much that we want to come back and have already booked. We felt very, very comfortable all around! The piano was unfortunately locked - is it so out of tune and only there as decoration, or does the owner not want it to be smashed by philistines (which I could understand as a pianist...)?

Arrive, feel good, and simply enjoy. The house is simply beautiful, lovingly furnished, and has something that I can't describe in words. We have never felt as comfortable in a vacation home as we did in this one. Simply dreamy. It is absolutely clean, everything is there that a person needs. The kitchen invites you to cook. The garden is huge. Kids and four-legged friends can really thrive here. It is absolutely quiet in the area. Here you can still let your soul dangle. The garden is fenced. Our poodle escaped nonetheless, no problem, the poodle always came back. Excursions to Sylt, Denmark, Föhr, and Amrum are practically at the door. Tip: Book Sylt online (car train), then go to the Sansibar (Rantum), simply great. We were there for breakfast. Tip: Denmark, the town of Tondern and the car beach Sonderstrand, shopping about 3 km away (Süderlügum), conveniently 7 days a week. There are several restaurants in the area. You can also order pizza. Or the grill in the garden is used. Wi-Fi is also available. But we didn't need it. Just enjoy the peace. In Dagebüll by the dike, it is cozy. Shops and restaurants. Also a great playground. We will come back.

We felt very comfortable in this wonderful holiday home from the very beginning. Everything was very, very clean and lovingly furnished. One immediately had the feeling that it would be a very successful stay. Nothing was missing in this holiday home. The fenced property was also totally ideal for our two dogs. The surroundings were very quiet, and we even had a very nice contact with the neighbors. It was very quiet and you could take very good walks with the dog from the house. You could also get to Denmark very quickly, which we took advantage of several times. Many shops and bakeries were reachable within 5 minutes by car. We rarely felt so comfortable in a holiday home. We have certainly discovered a holiday home that we will definitely book again soon.

The stay at the Countryhouse was a very special experience for us: We have never experienced such a holiday home! The house is incredibly tasteful and furnished with attention to detail, the location is simply dreamy, and the fireplace invites you to linger and relax. Since the weather also cooperated, we were able to spend many hours in the park-like garden on the sun terrace and then warm up again in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is very spacious and excellently equipped: cooking sessions here were pure pleasure! The house is wonderfully laid out and is perfect for vacationing with friends and family. Thanks to the great location, we were able to spend two days on Sylt: it takes only 10 minutes by car to the train station, from there the train takes about 20 minutes to Westerland. The surrounding landscape invites extensive walks on the beach, fields, dunes, and forest. The Danish border is not far away either, and so we were able to spend a great day in the beautiful town of Mögeltönder (insider tip ;-)) We will definitely come back next year, we had an unforgettable time!

Our short vacation at the country house was unforgettable. We have never had such a beautiful holiday home before. Weeks later, we are still raving about this magnificent property. As soon as you drive onto the property, the spacious and charming thatched-roof house enchants you. The garden is extensive and has a great sun terrace. The living room invites you to linger on the couch on rainy days with its wonderful fireplace and remarkable hi-fi system. The bedrooms all have a great size and extremely comfortable beds. The daylight bathrooms are top modernized and were found by us in a super clean condition, like the rest of the house. In the kitchen, you will find all the appliances needed for everyday life. The dining room, as well as the dining area in the living room, offer great seating with high-quality furniture, where one would want to spend entire evenings. Overall, we lacked nothing in the Countryhouse. The furnishings have been tastefully, high-quality, and lovingly selected. Absolutely recommendable and simply beautiful! We thank you!

Inside and out a gem! We have rented many houses in Germany and abroad (always in the so-called 5 * category), so I can confidently say: a house so beautifully, individually designed with great attention to detail, so high-quality and fully furnished is rarely found. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come back! (As a small suggestion: a bench/seating area for outside even in the cold season and 2 bar stools for the counter in the kitchen would be nice.)

The house is a dream and matched exactly the pictures and the description. However, we could not move in at the agreed time, but only 1.5 hours later. When you have a 11-hour drive behind you, this is not so great. Also, there was a smell from the toilet in one bathroom (next to the larger bedroom). It probably has to do with the drainage. Maybe this can be checked.

Very nice house with great amenities!!!! Unfortunately, the older shower is not tiled very well, so that water flows from the shower into the bathroom while showering. A sun umbrella in the garden would be great, and a blackout roller blind for the bedrooms would be good.

Our stay at the Countryhouse was wonderfully beautiful. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay. As indicated in the description, tall people may need to watch their head in certain places due to the low ceilings. However, you quickly get used to it. Overall, we felt very relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

The house is excellently furnished and really nice. The only problem is the low fence (80 cm) when traveling with dogs. One always has to be prepared for wild animals or cats roaming around outside. You can't let the dogs run freely in the garden without worry. Everything else is top.

Very nice and quiet location, exactly what we hoped for from this vacation. 4 stars in terms of location, because you do need a car for everything (at least in winter, in summer with bikes, I imagine it would be better again). And a small point of criticism is the implementation of the sauna, because unfortunately the first 6 € are already needed for heating and therefore it becomes a pretty expensive pleasure. We really liked the beautiful and tastefully furnished thatched-roof house. The equipment really left nothing to be desired, the absolute tranquility and the terrace with teak furniture were top notch. The house offered everyone their own retreat inside and out. We didn't like the somewhat musty smell in the third bedroom in the annex to the garages. The quiet location necessitates the need for a car for any errands, which is easy to cope with considering the shops in Süderlügum are open from Monday to Sunday. The nearest North Sea beach is about a 20-minute drive away.

This dream house enhances every vacation. We don't want to repeat the other reviews, everything simply fits. It's stylish from the inside as well as from the outside. We had a problem with the sound system (by the way, a great piece) at the beginning, but it was promptly resolved by the owner. Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation in this house.

Beautifully located and lovingly restored Frisian courtyard with top equipment. The 2 sleeping areas at the end of the L-shaped floor plan with their own bathrooms make it ideal for larger families or 2 couples. Super equipped large kitchen, cozy living room and sufficient WLAN for the 2 SmartTVs or the occasional phone...not to forget the large garden with its many seating areas. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

It was a dream of cosiness. You feel right at home in this house. Nothing is missing, top equipment, very quiet location and simply cosy. The kitchen is very comfortably furnished, the dining area ideal for eating together, the beds very very cosy, the bathrooms well equipped and the living room with the small TV corner is something to behold. All in all, a very nice ambience. The only drawback for me personally is the garden, because it is not really separated from the street. Since the accommodation also allows dogs, I would personally prefer it if the garden were closed off, because on the one hand there is a road right there and on the other hand there are families with small children who might run into the road. The dogs are probably not seen quite so closely, as surrounding neighbours don't know the word "leash". The dogs also like to go for walks alone, which is probably completely normal there ;-) But we will definitely book "Das Countryhouse" another time.

A beautiful house, lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail.The kitchen equipment is very good,no cheap pans and pots.The beds are equipped with super mattresses.Also the sauna car in the huge garden is a highlight. From there you can quickly and easily visit Sylt or the Danish islands,otherwise beautiful area to switch off.
