Auf den Fotos sah man nicht, dass die Wohnung geschmacklos und unpraktisch eingerichtet ist. Die Fenster haben keine Rollläden und auf dem Balkon fehlt die Sonnenstore. Der Küchensitzplatz war bei Sonnenschein nicht benutzbar, da es so blendete. Da von morgens ab 7.00 bis abends 19.00 Uhr Lärm auf der Baustelle war, konnte der Balkon trotz herrlichem Wetter nicht genutzt werden. Schade!

Everything you need in a vacation rental is available, well furnished, very clean and well maintained. The center of Husum is easily reachable on foot. Parking space in the underground garage and from there directly to the apartment by elevator. Across the street is the castle with a park. Overall recommended!

The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location. Ideal for families or two couples. It would have been perfect for us if the smaller double bedroom was not connected to the living room with a glass door. Our children slept there and the light in the living room bothered them in the evenings. Otherwise, everything was great. We were completely satisfied and can only recommend the apartment.

Your apartment is really beautiful and big. Nice kitchen and pleasant living area. A few tips for improvement: Air filters should be cleaned regularly, then the ventilation in the bathrooms is not so loud. The TV in the bedroom is definitely too small, even if we didn't use it at all, some guests might be bothered by that. The pots are not the best, they work on the really good Neff cooktop, but they take unusually long to heat up. As I said, these are high-level complaints.

We have booked this holiday apartment several times already. The booking process and the handover of the apartment are technically and organizationally well managed by the team of "Holiday at the North Sea" and therefore proceed smoothly. The location of the holiday apartment is optimal. Attractions, harbor, restaurants, and shopping facilities are in close proximity. The beautiful and very large apartment is attractively furnished and very clean. Overall, we feel very comfortable there. One small downside: The chairs in the living room match the dining table well, but are very uncomfortable.

Facing a huge construction site from the great balcony...bad luck. Unfortunately, the mirror lighting was broken in the interior bathroom and the ceiling lighting was not really bright either. If you don't want to start the dishwasher half full, you wish for more dishes. Washing a few pieces in between is difficult without a dish brush. If you sweat easily at night: the beds are damp in the morning. Box spring bed with plastic topper...the dining room chairs could use some glue. The apartment is otherwise very nice, super centrally located and the elevator directly from the garage to the apartment is very convenient. Nicely furnished with many "real" and beautiful pictures.

It was a nice time, despite the construction site, nothing could be heard with closed windows, but the construction work was still limited. Some tiny details could still be perfected: one bathroom was without a wastebasket, in the smaller bedroom there is no desk but an old secretary, but it is not perfectly suitable as a desk, although it is specifically mentioned in the description, so it is somewhat misleading. In this bedroom, an additional laundry storage (e.g. a rollable clothes rack) would not be bad, as the house might also be rented by 2 couples. A sieve for draining noodles, a bread knife, and a larger bowl would make the kitchen perfect. I only accidentally discovered the instructions on where the waste goes, there is a typo here. The waste bins are on the ground floor, the exit to the street is then -1. All in all, the complaining was on a very high level, and I would rent the location in this configuration again at any time.

It is also questionable whether the quality of the coffee machine corresponds to the overall standard of the apartment. A great new apartment in a central location. The apartment still has some potential for improvement. All doors would need to be readjusted because they do not close properly. The bedrooms urgently need a way to darken them, as the entire apartment is very bright and the sun shines directly into the bedroom in the morning. Simple light-blocking curtains would be sufficient. The roof terrace lacks sun protection. An awning would be appropriate for the apartment, but a large umbrella serves the same purpose. We also missed a washing machine, as there is no laundromat in Husum. That would make sense, as there is nowhere to wash clothes. My personal wish would be for a capsule or pod machine instead of the old brew maker. For us, it was an ideal apartment with minor drawbacks, and we would rent it again.

The holiday apartment promised a high standard in its price range. However, this was not upheld as there were construction works taking place around the apartment during my vacation time from 7:00 am to sometimes 10:00 pm, which made it impossible to use the balcony. There was no prior warning about this construction site. Had I known about this construction site, which was after all a major shopping project with over 600 parking spaces on parking decks, I would have chosen a different apartment.

Super great bright and clean apartment near the center, everything worth seeing including shopping and good restaurants are within walking distance, so the car can safely stay in the underground garage. We were happy about the Tschibo-Cafissimo machine, which was in addition to the standard coffee machine, there is a large selection of matching Tschibo capsules at SKY (about 350 m away). The work noises (07:00 - 20:00) of the construction site cannot be heard with closed windows/doors; we often watched the workers, especially the activities of the two large cranes. Regarding the suggestions for improvement, we agree with the earlier reviews (keywords: dining room chairs urgently in need of gluing, more dishes, bathroom ceiling lighting too dim, functional cabinets (including storage space and desk) in both bedrooms, blinds in the small bedroom like in the large bedroom, ... washing machine/dryer for longer stays ...) Conclusion: A TOP apartment to feel comfortable. We will gladly come back and thank you for the good service also to Wiebke and Matthis Volquardsen, Holidays at the North Sea.

The apartment is perfect, well furnished and really as spacious as shown in the pictures. Especially recommended for people with limited mobility because of the underground parking, elevator, and walk-in showers. The only drawback is the current construction site of the shopping center. But that also has something positive - you can watch for hours how something like this is being built. By the way, it would be cheaper to have the beautiful old wardrobe in the small bedroom because there is no storage space there except for the desk.

The lighting in the small bathroom is very dark. The small bedroom lacks a wardrobe. The makeshift solution with the clothes rack could use more hangers. A bread knife and egg spoons could enrich the cutlery. The creaking and broken dining set needs an overhaul. Enough of the small points of criticism. Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable with 4 adults. The central location and the underground parking space, as well as the huge terrace, are excellent.

Beautiful and large apartment, the location within Husum is ideal, everything is within walking distance. Despite the construction site opposite, the apartment is very quiet. The connection from the underground car park to the apartment with the elevator is very nice. Minuses: All chairs give the impression that they would collapse when used correctly. They squeak and creak and are "coming apart". A coat rack in the hallway area would be desirable, there is no storage space here.

We booked this apartment with 4 adults because it was perfect for us with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The overall equipment of the apartment is very good, the kitchen offers everything you need, very comfortable beds. It would have been ideal if both beds had a size of 180x200 cm, just a wish. We were able to enjoy a great terrace with a beach chair and good seating in great weather. Unfortunately, the view is not green, but the apartment is very centrally located. Everything is easily within walking distance, nice restaurants nearby. The handling is uncomplicated and very pleasant, the key is deposited. An absolute luxury is the elevator that goes directly from the underground garage to the apartment, very comfortable. We wanted to visit the islands of Helgoland and Sylt, and the apartment in Husum is very centrally located for this. Friedrichstadt is also worth a visit. We really enjoyed our stay.

The elevator comes very quickly, the underground parking garage is well lit. Unfortunately, the name "vis a vis zum Schloss" does not mean that you have a view of the castle. We can highly recommend this apartment, there are always small things, but 95% is perfect. In the bedroom in front of the living room, unfortunately, there is no possibility to put away clothes, with 12 days out of the suitcase, that was a bit annoying, the wardrobe that is in there is not usable, on the one hand bedding is included and on the other hand these drawers open so heavily that they only open 2 cm and then nothing more. The fact that there is an energy-saving lamp in the bathroom without a window is nice, but it takes forever for it to become bright. These are all small flaws, the rest was just a dream, the kitchen perfect, the beds perfect. We were not bothered by the construction site in front of the house, we were mostly out and about during the day, and it was quiet on the weekend. All in all, a big thank you to this beautiful holiday apartment. We would rent this holiday apartment again at any time.
