We booked this apartment with 4 adults, as it was optimal for us with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The overall equipment of the apartment is very good, the kitchen offers everything you need, very comfortable beds. It would have been optimal if both beds had a size of 180x200 cm, just a wish. We were able to enjoy a great terrace with a beach chair and good seating in wonderful weather. The view unfortunately does not overlook greenery, but the apartment is very central. Everything is wonderfully within walking distance, nice restaurants nearby. The handling is remarkably unproblematic and very pleasant, the keys are deposited. Absolute luxury is the elevator that goes directly from the underground garage to the apartment, very comfortable. We wanted to go to the islands of Helgoland and Sylt, for this the apartment in Husum is very centrally located. Friedrichstadt is also very worth seeing. We really enjoyed the stay.

The name "vis a vis zum Schloss" unfortunately does not mean that you have a view of the castle. The holiday apartment promised a high standard for the price range. This was not upheld, as construction work took place around the apartment during my holiday from 7:00 AM to sometimes 10:00 PM, making the use of the balcony impossible. There was no prior notice about this construction site. Knowing about this construction site, after all a large retail project with over 600 parking spaces on parking decks, I would have chosen a different apartment.

We can only recommend this apartment; there are always minor issues, but 95% are perfect. In the bedroom in front of the living room, unfortunately, there is no way to store clothes; after 12 days out of the suitcase, that was a bit annoying. The wardrobe that is there is not usable, partly because it contains bedding and partly because these drawers are so heavy that they only open 2 cm, and then nothing more can be done. The bathroom without a window, which has an energy-saving lamp, is nice, but it takes ages to get bright. These are all small flaws; the rest was just a dream, the kitchen perfect, the beds perfect. The construction site in front of the house did not bother us; we were mostly out during the day, and the weekend was quiet. All in all, a big thank you for this beautiful holiday apartment. We would rent this holiday apartment again at any time.

The lighting in the small bathroom is very dim. In the small bedroom, the wardrobe is missing. The temporary solution with the rolling clothes rack could use more hangers. A bread knife and egg spoons could enrich the cutlery. The creaking and defective dining set needs refurbishment. Enough of the small criticisms. Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable with 4 adults. The central location and the underground parking space, as well as the huge terrace, are excellent.

Super great bright and clean apartment near the center, all sights including shopping opportunities and good restaurants are within walking distance, so the car can safely stay in the underground garage. We were pleased with the Tchibo Cafissimo machine, which was in addition to the standard coffee machine; a large selection of the matching Tchibo capsules is available at SKY (about 350 m away). The work noises (07:00 – 20:00) from the construction site are not audible with closed windows/doors; we often watched the workers, especially the activities of the two large cranes. Regarding the suggestions for improvement, we agree with the earlier assessments (keywords: urgently needed to glue dining chairs, more dishes, bathroom ceiling lighting too dark, functional cabinets (incl. Storage options and desk) in both bedrooms, in the small bedroom blinds like in the large bedroom, … washing machine/dryer for longer stays …) Conclusion: A TOP apartment for feeling good. That the Vis à Vis was a major construction site from the great balcony... unfortunate. Unfortunately, the mirror lighting in the interior bathroom was defective, and the ceiling lighting was not really bright either. If you don't want to run a half-filled dishwasher, you wish for a bit more crockery. Washing a part in between is difficult without a dish brush. For those who sweat easily at night: the beds are damp in the morning. Box spring bed with a plastic topper... The dining room chairs could be glued. The apartment is otherwise very nice, super centrally located, and the elevator directly from the garage to the apartment is very practical. Nicely furnished with many "real" and beautiful pictures.

The apartment is perfect, well-furnished, and really as large as seen in the pictures. Especially recommended for people with mobility impairments due to the underground garage, elevator, and ground-level showers. The only drawback is the current huge construction site of the shopping center. But it also has something positive - you can watch for hours how something like this is built. Just to mention on the side, it would be more advantageous to have the beautiful old wardrobe in the small bedroom, because there are no storage options there besides the desk.

It was a beautiful time, despite the construction site; with closed windows, nothing could be heard, but the construction work was still within limits. Some tiny details could still be perfected: One bathroom was without a trash can, in the smaller bedroom there is no desk but an old secretary, which is not quite suitable as a desk, but since it is specifically mentioned in the description, it is somewhat misleading. In this bedroom, an additional laundry rack (e.g., a rolling clothes rack) wouldn't be bad, as the house might also be rented by 2 couples. A strainer for draining pasta, a bread knife, and a larger bowl would make the kitchen perfect. I only discovered the instructions on where the waste goes by chance at the end; there is a typo here. The waste bins are on the ground floor, the exit to the street is then -1. All in all, the complaining was of a very high level. And I would rent the location in this configuration anytime again.

A great new apartment in a central location. The apartment still has a bit of improvement potential. All doors need to be adjusted as they do not close properly. The bedrooms urgently require a blackout option, as the entire apartment is very bright and the sun shines directly into the bedroom in the morning. Simple light-blocking curtains would suffice. There is no sun protection on the rooftop terrace. A awning would be suitable for the apartment, but a large sun umbrella serves the same purpose. We also missed a washing machine; the connections are there. That would make sense, as there is no laundromat in Husum. My personal wish would be for a capsule or pod machine instead of the old brewing machine. For us, it was an optimal apartment with minor drawbacks, and we would rent it again.

Your apartment is really beautiful and big. Nice kitchen and pleasant living area. A few tips for improvement: Air filters should be cleaned regularly, then the ventilation in the bathrooms is not so loud. The TV in the bedroom is definitely too small, even if we didn't use it at all, some guests might be bothered by that. The pots are not the best, they work on the really good Neff cooktop, but they take unusually long to heat up. As I said, these are high-level complaints.

The booking process and the handover of the apartment are technically and organizationally well managed by the team of "Holiday at the North Sea" and therefore proceed smoothly. The location of the holiday apartment is optimal. Attractions, harbor, restaurants, and shopping facilities are in close proximity. The beautiful and very large apartment is attractively furnished and very clean. Overall, we feel very comfortable there. One small downside: The chairs in the living room match the dining table well, but are very uncomfortable.

The connection from the underground car park to the apartment with the elevator is very nice. Minuses: All chairs give the impression that they would collapse when used correctly. We wanted to visit the islands of Helgoland and Sylt, and the apartment in Husum is very centrally located for this. Friedrichstadt is also worth a visit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything you need in a vacation rental is available, well furnished, very clean and well maintained. The center of Husum is easily accessible on foot. Car parking space in the underground garage and from there directly to the apartment by elevator. Vis a vis the street the castle with park. Overall, highly recommended!

The apartment is bright and friendly and clean. The furniture is very nice, except for the stove, which is very difficult to use. The elevator comes very quickly, the underground parking garage is well lit. Unfortunately, the name "vis a vis zum Schloss" does not mean that you have a view of the castle. The terrace is very nice, the furniture is perfect, only the view from the terrace is not really nice.

Your apartment is really nice and big. Beautiful kitchen and pleasant living area. A few tips for improvement: air filters should be cleaned regularly, then the ventilation in the bathrooms won't be so loud. The TV in the bedroom is definitely too small, even if we didn't use it, it could bother some guests. The pots are not great, although they work on the really good Neff stove, they take unusually long to heat up.
As I said, these are minor complaints.

The apartment was very well equipped, great! Unfortunately, the view from the terrace was not so nice, and the fact that it was often very noisy at night bothered us. The apartment was very clean, big praise for that, we were able to park our bicycles in the underground garage without any problems.

We can highly recommend this apartment, there are always small things, but 95% is perfect. In the bedroom in front of the living room, unfortunately, there is no possibility to put away clothes, with 12 days out of the suitcase, that was a bit annoying, the wardrobe that is in there is not usable, on the one hand bedding is included and on the other hand these drawers open so heavily that they only open 2 cm and then nothing more. The fact that there is an energy-saving lamp in the bathroom without a window is nice, but it takes forever for it to become bright. These are all small flaws, the rest was just a dream, the kitchen perfect, the beds perfect. We were not bothered by the construction site in front of the house, we were mostly out and about during the day, and it was quiet on the weekend. All in all, a big thank you to this beautiful holiday apartment. We would rent this holiday apartment again at any time.

We have booked this vacation rental several times already. The mediation as well as the handover of the apartment is excellently solved technically and organizationally by the team of "Ferien an der Nordsee" and therefore proceeds smoothly. The location of the vacation rental is optimal. Sightseeing attractions, harbor, restaurants and shopping facilities are in close proximity. The beautiful and very spacious apartment is attractively furnished and very clean. Overall, we feel very comfortable there.

One small drawback: The chairs in the living room match the dining table well, but they are very uncomfortable.
