The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2019/20. It has been lovingly furnished to a high standard by the owners themselves. Highlights include the wide sliding doors with wooden shutters, a stove, the open, well-equipped kitchen, and the wooden veranda with small garden at the back of the house.
A typical day at Casa della Terra starts either with a coffee from the fully automatic machine or at Cosi Boni (a small bar across the street) with a delicious cappuccino and a croissant or biscotti.
You can spend the day relaxing on La Cinta beach, for example, or exploring various other beautiful beaches on Sardinia's east coast, or taking a snorkelling tour on a motorboat.
You don't want to spend the evening in the small town of San Teodoro?
Then let it end on the beautiful wooden veranda with a chilled Sardinian Vermentino or retreat to the pleasantly cool, spacious living room of Casa della Terra, even in high summer.

Great vacation apartment
Very nice holiday apartment. Everything very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of attention to detail. The wooden terrace invites you to barbecue and relax.
The location is great. Supermarkets and restaurants a few meters away and easily accessible. San Teodoro center about 15 minutes on foot. Parking directly in front of the house.
The La Cinta beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, by car, or by the provided bicycles in a few minutes.
The other nearby beaches, such as Isuledda and Cala Brandichi, can be reached by car in a short time.
We felt very comfortable and had a great rest. We would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday flat
Very beautiful, lovingly furnished holiday flat, with open, modern kitchen, fully equipped. Wooden terrace with small pretty garden, which invites you to barbecue and relax. Everything very clean and well maintained. Fantastic beach within 15 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bike - provided by the owner. Parking at the flat. Small bar for breakfast, shopping facilities, restaurants in San Teodoro - everything in the immediate vicinity. We were very enthusiastic about our holiday flat, as well as the nice landlords. An absolute recommendation.
