Fisherman’s cabin by the sea with fishing opportunities right outside the living room door! Bright and pleasant wheelhouse with living room with a large kitchen area and view to the wharf where the boats are moored. TV with Astra1 for German and European channels and NRK 1,2 and 3 for Norwegian channels. The largest bedroom has a 120 cm wide double bed with a bunk above, a single bed for one person. The other two bedrooms have two folding single beds in each room. One bathroom and also a separate room with a toilet. In the technical room (please see floor plan) there is a freezer, a large sink and space to hang clothes etc. Internet only for surfing. Linen + a small and a large towel for rent. Swimming opportunities from the wharf, 3 meters away, or 25 meters to a shallow swimming area. Great terrain for hiking both along the sea and higher up in the countryside. 10 km to Botngård with service options, bowling and an ice rink. Take the trip to Råkvåg (44 km) with the many herring jetties from the 1920s along the sea, Austrått Borgen (22 km), a castle from 1656, and Austrått Fort with German cannons from the Second World War or Stadsbygd (82 km) with the coastal heritage museum. A good salmon and trout river, Nordelva, 50 km away. Ryvatnet with the possibility of trout 5 km away. It is from 5 to 45 minutes with the rental boat to the fishing spots: From right out in the fjord to around Tarva, outside Lysøysundet and Vallersund and at the Adsund lighthouse, you will find the fishing spots that are furthest away. Fish for cod, haddock, halibut, pollock, ling and several other types of fish. 20 m to boat and covered filleting area with light and running water. The boats, which can also be rented from house no. 40680, are at the floating dock. For rent: 2 21-foot boats with 90 and 115 HP, with 15 rod holders, GPS, chart plotter and sonar, NOK 7500 per piece. Fuel is extra. The area offers great sea fishing. You may borrow crab stones from the landlord in the autumn when the crab season is at its peak. Covered fish filleting area on the wharf with fresh water and light. Deposits for boat and motor can also be paid in Euros. The cabin is ready to move into already at 11.00!

Beautifully built house in Norwegian style, particularly good for anglers as it is directly by the water and boat.

Spacious house for 6 people with acceptable amenities and an exceptional location right by the water. A drawback is the access to the boat dock at low tide (very steep). The mattresses are old and urgently need to be replaced (sagging).
