Beautiful holiday home furnished on 2 levels, over 240m2 and equipped with what you need for a successful holiday with family or friends. TV with Astra1 satellite dish for German, Norwegian and international TV channels, Apple TV, Netflix, internet with 80 Mbits for streaming. There is a terrace (approx. 330m2) around the whole house with several exits/entrances, fantastic panoramic views of the fjord and many additional features such as whirlpool, inflatable children's pool with 5500 liters, play equipment and cable car of 35 meters (for adults and children). There is an unheated annex in the attic of the garage with exercise machine and sauna (4 people). Air hockey games as well as several other things downstairs of the holiday home. Basement living room with a small climbing wall and pool table (220 x 120 cm). The kitchen has most of the equipment needed to make several-course dinners for 12 adults and children. Two bedrooms with 2 folding frame mattresses each, 1 with double bed and a single bed and a private bath/shower, as well as 2 additional rooms with a family bunk of 140x200 cm downstairs and 90x200 cm upstairs. The holiday home also includes a boathouse which is a nice recreation area directly with the water and marina with swimming opportunities. 400 m to the boats in the marina and lockable boathouse for storing fishing equipment, drying clothes etc., indoor filleting area for fish and 400 l freezer. Between November 1st and April 1st, you do not need to pay for the boats on days where the weather is too bad to fish from a boat. Linen package with a large and a small towel can be rented. Youth groups under 25 years not allowed.

Large house, good beds, nice layout, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, great location by the sea, very good boat for rent, uncomplicated with boathouse, great outdoor area with fantastic views over the fjord and archipelago, we look forward to the large glass sauna, also with this great view.
