Open up and feel comfortable, that is our motto. Enjoy your holiday from the first minute in our holiday home villa " Happy Place". The holiday villa is on a beautiful detached property of approx. 400 sqm and with a living area of approx. 95 sqm. It is located in the 5* holiday park Zeeland-Village in Scharendijke, approx. 5 km from Renesse.
The living room has a separate dining area and the open new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven / microwave. Two sun terraces with table, chairs and loungers as well as a parasol and a barbecue invite you to stay and relax. Watch the ducks that swim directly in front of the house in the beautiful pond (no mosquitoes, because salt water pond). There are two parking spaces in front of the house. The garden is completely fenced, so it is very suitable for children and pets. In the winter you can make yourself comfortable in the sauna after a nice walk by the sea. Enjoy your holiday by the water. The Grevilinger sea is directly opposite the park. 300m from the park you reach a small beach at the Grevelingen sea.
In about 10 minutes by bike you reach the kilometer-long North Sea beach also known under the hotspot "Brouwersdamm" a paradise for kite,- and windsurfers.
Good to know, the beautiful beaches in the area have the predicate "especially clean". They invite you to sunbathe, walk, play beach volleyball and much more. Restaurant pavilions directly on the beach are welcome and comfortable places to stop for lunch, sundowner, dinner to escape the everyday life and simply switch off and let yourself be pampered.
Many nature reserves, the historic Zierikzee and Middelburg, Veere, Vlissingen or the small round village Dreischor and the lively Renesse invite you to visit as well as churches, museums and leisure facilities. A visit to the reptile zoo in Vlissingen, a ride on the funicular on the Brouwersdam, a visit to the pancake mill in Burgh-Hamstede, a boat trip on the Grevelingen Sea, etc. are all popular with guests with children.

Holiday home for families and dogs
We, my children, grandchildren, and dogs, were guests in this cozy holiday home for a week. Once at the holiday park, very clean and well-maintained. The house had everything one could wish for. Great, new kitchen with all the utensils. Sufficient dishes, pans, pots, dishwashing tabs, cleaning supplies, spices, 2 coffee makers. So really great. Wonderful mattresses in the bedrooms. A nice fenced garden for kids and dogs. Very excellent communication with the Krebs family. Of course, the cleanliness also needs to be emphasized. I would 100% recommend this holiday home! It is all there.
Everything was very straightforward, from contacting Mrs. Krebs to handing over the keys upon arrival or departure. The house is very clean and tastefully furnished. Nothing was missing.
