A beautiful maisonette apartment in a good location with a great view of the sea. Good mattresses, we slept well. Nice comfortable living room furniture. Kitchenette in the hallway with good amenities. We usually eat out, so it was well suited for us. Due to the two narrow steep staircases, it is not necessarily suitable for people with limitations and small children. We would rent the apartment again; however, the Wi-Fi reception, which is obviously also connected to the TV, needs to be stabilized/renewed.

The handover process with the Sylt administration was very well organized and completely uncomplicated. The apartment was clean upon takeover. Upon arriving at the apartment, we noticed that the access corridors and stairs are unusually narrow from our perspective. The kitchen, located in a corridor, is also very small. There is no oven and only a small dishwasher. In the two bathrooms (each with a shower/WC), it is nearly impossible to fall over, as they are also very tightly constructed. There are only small hand washbasins there. Unfortunately, there were always bad smells in the entrance hallway and in the lower restroom. The rest of the apartment's amenities are very good. We did not miss anything further. You have a very nice view of the North Sea. The beach is easily and quickly reachable on foot from our perspective.

There is no oven and only a small dishwasher. In the two bathrooms (both shower/WC) it is almost impossible to fall over, as they are also very narrow. There are also only very small washbasins. Unfortunately, there were always bad smells in the entrance hallway and in the downstairs WC
The rest of the flat is very well equipped. Nothing else was missing. There is a very nice view of the North Sea. The beach is easy to reach on foot and, from our point of view, quickly.
