Excellent location (bus stop, restaurants nearby, local amenities: pharmacy, groceries, etc.), good room layout, maisonette. Nice small south-facing balcony. Shower room with window. Very quiet location, no noise interference from other apartments in the complex.

My husband and I always feel very secure and comfortable in this apartment. It is centrally located yet quiet. The view is very nice, and you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony or, in bad weather, at the cozy dining area with a view of the balcony and the trees in the garden of the charming house across the street. The furnishings of the apartment are very good and leave nothing to be desired. We keep coming back and already feel almost at home there.

The apartment is very centrally located. A bakery, a fish restaurant, a supermarket, etc. Nearby. Just a short walk to the beach. Everything is great. But the first disadvantage is that the washing machine and dryer are not in the apartment but in a separate laundry room and they are coin-operated machines. The second disadvantage is that the window in the bathroom has no privacy protection. The third disadvantage is that the apartment door bangs very loudly when airing out or when the front door is opened or closed.

The balcony was unusable due to weeds, no air conditioning, no insect screen on the balcony. Unpleasantly warm in two bedrooms on the upper floor during the warm season. The associated parking space was constantly blocked by other guests.

The apartment was as advertised and very bright and functionally furnished. However, there were no sockets on the upper floor and the balcony was not clean when we moved in (which was not due to the furnishings :-)) In the kitchen there was enough space for food and good inventory. We were there with 3 adults and a teenager and the layout of the flat with the 2 levels was optimal for this.
\nThe starting point for beach and bike trips was great.
\The apartment is definitely to be recommended.
