We have been coming to Sylt for several years and have found our future holiday home. The holiday apartment has fully met our expectations in every respect; everything was perfect, a clean, well-furnished apartment that left no wishes unfulfilled. We felt completely comfortable and "at home" and will spend our future Sylt holidays - as long as we can get a free apartment - only here in this house. Thank you for accommodating us so perfectly.

Super beautiful and well-furnished small apartment. We didn't need the small room in the attic for two. We had the sauna in the basement to ourselves every day, but it seemed that only this one apartment in the building was rented out in January. Easy check-in with a code for the key box, as well as easy check-out. Good and reliable email contact with the agency, which is located on the ground floor during the day and is therefore always directly approachable. The location of the house is good, just a few minutes' walk to the West Beach. The bus to Westerland and List stopped hourly and punctually right in front of the house. A bakery is just across the street, and grocery stores are also within walking distance. Not everyone's cup of tea are the many lights in the parking lot, which were illuminated at night, so it never got completely dark there. Personally, we would have preferred it to be dark. There are indeed blinds and thick curtains at all the windows, but somewhere there is always a small gap.

The apartment is very beautiful and attractively furnished. The location is optimal, it's just a pity that the free bus ticket is not included in the guest card, as with many other vacation rental providers, especially since the bus stop is right in front of the door, which is an additional plus point.

Overall, the apartment is quite nice, but the bathroom on the first floor is too small. The bathroom upstairs is nicer and larger, but it can only be reached via a narrow staircase. The kitchen lacks a range hood.

Very nice, modern, and clean apartment, centrally located with the bus stop right around the corner and the bakery and fish bistro across the street. The beach and supermarket are within 5 minutes' walking distance. The furnishings are of very high quality, and the decoration is lovingly chosen. The comfortable box spring beds are also particularly noteworthy. The shopping service for the day of arrival worked wonderfully. I felt very comfortable and would gladly come back!

A beautiful holiday flat in a perfect location. Very high-quality interior and tasteful living accessories in fresh colours make up the great look of the cosy flat. It is also exceptionally clean and very well equipped. There is a bakery across the street and the beach and promenade of Wenningstedt are only a 5-minute walk away. We wanted for nothing here and enjoyed our little break very much. Only the layout and equipment of the two bathrooms took some getting used to. The nicer, larger bathroom with daylight in the attic is only accessible via a staircase and if you are tall, you have to be very careful with the many sloping walls.

The flat is well equipped and very attractively furnished. I really liked the underfloor heating and the use of the sauna. A flat to feel good in. Especially in the cold season. I will definitely come back again.

The house and the flat are very nice. We found the location great. The only thing missing is a clock and maybe a radio in the sauna. It would also be great if the bikes could be kept dry or covered. Even after only one week, the bikes were already rusty in places. We would book the flat again.

Very tasteful, high quality furnishings, super comfortable beds, finally a flat where no pets were allowed. Everything you need in terms of equipment was there. 2 bathrooms, bakery on the doorstep. Own parking space and only 5 minutes to the beach. The attention to detail makes this flat so perfect. We have nothing to complain about and will definitely be back.
