Sehr schöne, zentrale Wohnung. Kann man nur empfehlen. Sogar Fliegengitter in den beiden Schlafzimmern im Untergeschoss wurden angebracht, Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Strandgut 5 und freuen uns auf das fünfte Mal.

Eine perfekte fewo für 4 Personen. Besonders die Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss ermöglichen auch bei höheren Temperaturen einen erholsamen Schlaf.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe für das Detail eingerichtet. Sehr zentrale Lage. Bäckerei Jessen und Fisch Blum liegen fast direkt gegenüber. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Hier kann man einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Ein Appartement, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe für das Detail eingerichtet. Beide Schlafzimmer hatten ein Bad en suite. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Bäckerei Jessen und Fischhandlung Blum liegen nur einmal über die Strasse. Feinkost Meyer und Budnikowski sind fussläufig in 5 min. zu erreichen. Gosch liegt nur 500 m entfernt. Genauso weit ist es bis zum Strand. Der Bus nach List bzw. Westerland fährt vor der Haustür ab.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön. Eine tolle Einrichtung und die Betten sind genial. Toll ist auch, dass jetzt eine Tür am Treppenabgang gemacht wurde. Für kleine Kinder ein toller Treppenschutz. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Sie liegt zentral (Bäcker, Strand, Blum). Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage.

Die Wohnung habe ich aufgrund der perfekten Lage und des Alters der Wohnung gewählt. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig (6 min.) zum Strand, was für den Urlaub mit Kindern meines Erachtens wichtig ist. Auch liegt der für mich beste Bäcker der Insel (Jessen) direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Wir haben die Wohnung für 11 Tage mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern bewohnt. Das hat für uns gut gepasst. Alles ist sehr neuwertig (Baujahr 2019) und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für uns zu 100%. Wir haben bereits for nächstes Jahr gebucht.

The flat is an oasis of well-being, very lovingly furnished, you have everything you need, a great bathroom with lots of shelves and sockets. The location is quiet and yet well situated for excursions in all directions. There is a bakery and a delicious fish restaurant right across the street.

A flat that leaves nothing to be desired. The furnishings are very good. The flat is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Both bedrooms had an en suite bathroom. The location could not be better. Jessen bakery and Blum fish shop are just across the road. Feinkost Meyer and Budnikowski are a 5 min walk away.
Gosch is only 500 m away. It is just as far to the beach. The bus to List or Westerland leaves from the front door.

The flat impresses with its perfect and high-quality furnishings. In addition to great bathrooms (in my opinion, you don't necessarily need a bathtub) with high-quality materials and great, Sylt-oriented furnishings, the modern accommodation offers all the comforts (including underfloor heating) that you can think of. The kitchen is small, but absolutely sufficient and optimally placed. Even the small details like salt and pepper, baking paper and rubbish bags have been thought of. The terrace invites you to relax in a beach chair before going to bed or having breakfast.

The flat clearly deserves the full (almost) score. The only small drawback is the small kitchen with only 2 hobs. But it makes incredibly practical use of the small space. We catered for ourselves there for 4 days. That was no problem with 2 hobs, even with the right dishes. We were totally satisfied and will book the flat again next year.

I chose the flat because of the perfect location and the age of the flat. The flat is within walking distance (6 min.) of the beach, which I think is important for holidays with children. Also, the best bakery on the island for me (Jessen) is directly opposite the flat.
We stayed in the flat for 11 days with 2 adults and 3 children. It was a good fit for us.
Everything is very new (built in 2019) and the price/performance ratio is 100% right for us.
We have already booked for next year.

This flat is very very nice. Great furnishings and the beds are brilliant. It is also great that a door has now been made at the staircase. This is a great protection for small children.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. It is centrally located (bakery, beach, Blum). We had a great 14 days.

Particularly suitable for two families, the two bathrooms are en suite, so that they can only be reached through the respective bedroom and thus offer even more privacy. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, so that no wishes remain unfulfilled. The sauna area is also worth mentioning. Here you can block times for yourself, so that you can also spend time there alone. Very well maintained and very friendly and helpful contact persons on the part of Sylt-ER.

A very nice flat, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Very central location. Bakery Jessen and fish Blum
are almost directly opposite. Other shopping facilities in the direct vicinity. You can spend a very nice holiday here.
