Schöne Ferienwohnung nur leider schade das man zum Frühstück nicht draußen sitzen kann, da man alles die Treppe nach draußen tragen müsste.

Eine sehr schöne, strandnah und nah zu allen wichtigen Einrichtungen (Edeka, Bushaltestelle, Bäcker) gelegene Ferienwohnung mit vollständiger Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Einen Balkon / Terrasse haben wir nicht vermisst, weil wir sowieso den ganzen Tag draußen am Meer waren. Kleines Manko: auf dem Sofa kann man nicht schlafen. Wenn der Partner mal zu laut wird, kann keiner umziehen.

Das App. 3 ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns dort super wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr behaglich, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top, man ist schnell am Strand und auch sonst ist von dort alles prima erreichbar. Und trotz der zentralen Lage ist alles sehr ruhig, man kann super schlafen. The App. 3 is highly recommended in every respect. We felt very comfortable there. Everything is very comfortable, of high quality and furnished with great attention to detail. The location is great, you can get to the beach quickly and everything else is within easy reach. And despite the central location, everything is very quiet and you can sleep very well. We will definitely be back!

A very nice flat, close to the beach and to all important facilities (Edeka, bus stop, bakery) with complete furnishings and equipment.
We didn't miss a balcony/terrace because we were outside at the sea all day anyway. Small drawback: you can't sleep on the sofa. If your partner gets too loud, you can't move.
