Das Duschen ist schwierig und unbequem wegen der extremen Schräge. Die Deckenhöhe über der Toilette ist für Menschen über 1,80cm kopfstossgefährlich.Sonst ist die Wohnung ein guter Deal.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Toplage. Zwei Minuten bis zum Strand, Restaurants ebenfalls in Gehdistanz. Schmale Wendeltreppe gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Bin bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist einladend, mit einem sehr schönen Wohn-/Essbereich. Das Bad ist leider etwas klein und eng aufgrund der Schräge, insb. wenn man etwas größer ist. Für mich persönlich problematisch: Die sehr harte Matratze im Bett - aber da sind die Geschmäcker ja verschieden. Mein absolutes Highlight aber: Der tolle Service des Sylt-ER Teams (mit ihrem Büro ca. 200m entfernt), die immer schnell und freundlich jede Anfrage beantworten und lösen. Danke!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, z.B. Bus und Bäcker 2 Min. und Strand 5 Min. Die Ausstattung war komplett. Der Aufbau der Wohnung ist durch die direkte Lage unter dem Dach teilweise sehr eng und niedrig.

Wohnung ist schön ausgestattet. Die Dusche mit dem seitlichen schrägen duschvorhang ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst alles prima.

Sehr gutes Quartier, das allerdings nur für Leute, die gut zu Fuss sind, geeignet ist. Die steile Treppe nach oben ins Schlafgemach ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir hatten keine Schwierigkeiten aber vorstellbar ist, dass ältere Menschen damit ein Problem haben könnten. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung gut: wünschenswert wären nicht so schwere Zudecken und nicht so klumpige Kopfkissen. Beides kostet doch in besserer Ausstattung nicht die Welt!

Tolle Wohnung in guter, ruhiger Lage. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist einladend und schön ausgestattet, hier verbringt man gerne Zeit. Küche ist klein, aber funktional. Das Bad und das Schlafzimmer haben viele Schrägen - für Gäste über 1,80m Körpergröße etwas unbequem, insb. in der Dusche. Insgesamt aber eine sehr schöne Wohnung, ich komme gerne wieder.

We find the location optimal! Bakery, bus, beach - all very close. The apartment is well equipped and we like that the kitchen is a separate room (with a door!), so that cooking smells don't waft through the entire apartment. The only disadvantage for us older people is the extremely steep and narrow staircase to the bedroom.

Great flat in a good, quiet location. The living/dining room is inviting and nicely furnished, you like to spend time here. Kitchen is small but functional.
The bathroom and bedroom have a lot of slopes - a bit uncomfortable for guests over 1.80m tall, especially in the shower. All in all, a very nice flat, I will gladly come back.

Very good accommodation, but only suitable for people who are good on foot. The steep stairs up to the dormitory take some getting used to.
We had no difficulties but it is conceivable that older people might have a problem with it.
Otherwise, the furnishings of the flat are good: we wish the duvets were not so heavy and the pillows not so lumpy. Both don't cost the earth in better equipment!

A wonderful holiday flat close to the beach with modern furnishings. Everything was very clean, the beds and the sofa bed were comfortable, the kitchen and inventory were also very suitable for self-catering for a family. The sunsets on the balcony were great! After warm beach days, but also after long walks in the storm, one likes to come back to the flat. Even completely rainy days can be spent comfortably here. We would love to come back!

The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, e.g. bus and bakery 2 min. and beach 5 min. The equipment was complete. The layout of the flat is partly very narrow and low due to the direct location under the roof.

This is the second time I have stayed in this beautiful flat. The flat is inviting, with a very nice living/dining area. The bathroom is unfortunately a bit small and cramped due to the slope, especially if you are a bit taller. For me personally problematic: The very hard mattress in the bed - but there are different tastes.
But my absolute highlight: The great service of the Sylt-ER team (with their office about 200m away), who always answer and solve every request quickly and friendly. Thank you!
