The location of the apartment is very good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Bakeries, Edeka market, bookstore, bike rental, etc. are also within walking distance. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and attic, built in the 60s or 70s. Accordingly, the sound insulation is poor. We were lucky that the neighbors in the building behaved considerately. The apartment is renovated and in good condition. However, it is not suitable for older or mobility-impaired individuals. The stairs to the apartment are steep, and the steps have an extremely small tread area. In the apartment, the bedroom is located in the attic. The stairs up or down from the living room are a challenge. Anyone needing to go to the toilet at night should be wide awake. We decided that my wife would sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. This significantly limited the use of the apartment. Our conclusion: the apartment is well located; suitable for young people; however, not for children and older people.

Beautiful and practical holiday apartment. Everything clean. The two windows to the street "Risgap" make the apartment nice and bright. The shower room is only partially suitable for particularly "tall" people, as it is low and narrow.

Beautiful apartment in a prime location. Beach, bakery, and bus stop are all easily accessible. The apartment was clean and very nicely furnished, and we lacked nothing. The only downside - it is not suitable for older or mobility-impaired people, as the bedroom can only be reached via a very steep staircase, and there is no toilet or bathroom there. The bathroom has no shower, only a bathtub (with a shower curtain) under a sloping roof. This is especially difficult for older people when getting in and out of the tub. For us, it was not a problem, so we felt very comfortable here and had a great vacation.

Showering is difficult and uncomfortable due to the extreme slope. The ceiling height above the toilet is hazardous for people over 1.80 cm. Otherwise, the apartment is a good deal.

For a week it was okay. Sleeping and bathing with extreme sloped ceilings, guaranteed head bumps for normally tall people. Great team at SyltER!

I have been in this beautiful apartment for the second time. The apartment is inviting, with a very nice living/dining area. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit small and tight due to the slope, especially if you are a bit taller. Personally problematic for me: the very hard mattress in the bed - but tastes differ. However, my absolute highlight is the great service of the Sylt-ER team (with their office about 200m away), who always respond to and resolve any request quickly and kindly. Thank you!

The location is perfect. Everything is quickly accessible on foot, e.g. bus and bakery 2 minutes and beach 5 minutes. The facilities were complete. The layout of the apartment is somewhat tight and low due to its direct location under the roof.

Very good accommodation, but it is only suitable for people who are fit and can walk well. The steep staircase up to the bedroom takes some getting used to. We had no difficulties, but it is conceivable that older people might have a problem with it. Otherwise, the furnishings of the apartment are good: it would be preferable to have lighter blankets and less bulky pillows. Both wouldn't cost much in better quality!

Great apartment in a good, quiet location. The living/dining room is inviting and nicely furnished, making it a pleasant place to spend time. The kitchen is small but functional. The bathroom and the bedroom have many slanted ceilings - somewhat uncomfortable for guests over 1.80m tall, especially in the shower. Overall, however, a very nice apartment, I would happily come back.

We find the location optimal! Bakery, bus, beach - all very close. The apartment is well equipped and we like that the kitchen is a separate room (with a door!), so that cooking smells don't waft through the entire apartment. The only disadvantage for us older people is the extremely steep and narrow staircase to the bedroom.

The bathroom and bedroom have a lot of slopes - a bit uncomfortable for guests over 1.80m tall, especially in the shower. All in all, a very nice flat, I will gladly come back.

We had no difficulties but it is conceivable that older people might have a problem with it.
Otherwise, the furnishings of the flat are good: we wish the duvets were not so heavy and the pillows not so lumpy. Both don't cost the earth in better equipment!

A wonderful holiday flat close to the beach with modern furnishings. Everything was very clean, the beds and the sofa bed were comfortable, the kitchen and inventory were also very suitable for self-catering for a family. The sunsets on the balcony were great! After warm beach days, but also after long walks in the storm, one likes to come back to the flat. Even completely rainy days can be spent comfortably here. We would love to come back!
