The house is very nicely furnished and there was space for 8 people. The beach was easily reachable on foot. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Also, a second beach chair was missing. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

A tidy and well-equipped accommodation in a beautiful location. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The house is perfect for up to 6 people. With 8 people, it became difficult for us, as the pull-out couch is extremely uncomfortable and does not provide adequate sleeping options. Great for our children was the foosball table in the converted attic.

An older house but in good condition, that does not have to hide behind the newer houses in Friesen style. The furnishings are good to very good; we lacked nothing. The small "TV room" is a good solution, especially with higher occupancy. We were pleased with the variety and selection of dishes and glasses. Thus, one does not have to immediately turn on the dishwasher. We have rented several properties from Sylt-er (and previously from Wiegandt) over the last few years, but fish knives and crab claws/forks were not in the portfolio. The extra bedding worked well. Bed sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers were clean and in perfect condition. A compliment also goes to the provided hand and dish towels, everything was top-notch. The Sylt-er slippers are a thoughtful gimmick, which we did not use (we brought our own slippers), but the intention counts. It did not seem petty and was precisely tailored to the number of visitors. The location is quite quiet; the federal road about 200 meters away is not disturbing. Nearby, there are a bakery, fish stand, florist, drugstore, and delicatessen, all reachable on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Here, Jürgen's fish stand as well as Italian and German restaurants await the windblown guests. We will come back.

The house was really perfect for us! Size, location, a particularly cozy decor, and value for money completely convinced us. We especially want to mention the amenities in the house. We have been going to Sylt in the fall for over 20 years, and we have never had such a generous supply of towels, dish towels, dishwasher tabs, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. This was very pleasant and added to our vacation experience. Thank you for everything! We will definitely think of Sylt-Er again on our next trip to Sylt! Denise and family

We were almost totally satisfied with the accommodation: nice furnishings, bright ambience, clean, enough space, lots of crockery, cooking pots, nice garden, etc. However, there was one important point that was very unsatisfactory and detrimental: the sofa bed. The other 6 beds were very good. The sofa bed, however, was very (!!) bad. The notes on the couch on how to set it up properly did not improve this either. We kept trying to compensate with other blankets and pillows, which only helped a little. This sofa bed is an absolute imposition and if at all, then only perhaps suitable for children up to the age of 10! Hence the deduction of points in the furnishings. The house is otherwise very nice, but this couch urgently (!!!) needs to be replaced!

The house was really perfect for us! Size, location, a particularly cosy interior and price/performance convinced us completely.
We would especially like to thank the equipment in the house. We have been going to Sylt in autumn for over 20 years and we have never had such a generous supply of towels, tea towels, dishwasher tabs, glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. . This was very pleasant and enhanced the holiday even more.
Thank you very much for everything! We will definitely think of Sylt-Er again on our next trip to Sylt! Denise and family
