The sound of the sea is audible from the south balcony, and the unobstructed view of dunes and sea is simply fantastic!

Beautiful apartment in the best location, but… it’s time to invest a little again. We have been going to this apartment for many years, and it’s about time that some things are renovated. The refrigerator is really very loud—and very old. Yes, it is somewhat intact and clean, but plastic parts have been broken for years, and the energy consumption must be immense. The Wi-Fi that is advertised is so bad that we have turned it off on all devices and prefer to purchase additional data. A fundamental renovation would do the apartment good. The location with a view of the North Sea is, however, a dream - but does it justify the vehemently rising prices? We are certainly looking for alternatives now.
