A very high-quality apartment in a very good location. Miele kitchen, decent dishes, glasses, and furniture. The rental price is reflected in the furnishings of the apartment, which unfortunately is not self-evident. Both bedrooms and the bathroom, euphemistically located in the basement, practically in the cellar, are rather dark, but also high quality, equipped with custom-made built-in furniture. Families with children please note: the sink is relatively high because a washing machine fits underneath.

Eine sehr hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Miele Küche, ordentliches Geschirr, Gläser und Möbel. Der Mietpreis spiegelt sich hier auch in der Ausstattung der Wohnung wieder, was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Beide Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer, euphemistisch im Untergeschoss, praktisch im Keller, zwar eher dunkel, aber ebenfalls hochwertig, mit auf Maß geschreinerten Einbaumöbeln ausgestattet. Familien mit Kindern bitte beachten: Das Waschbecken ist relativ hoch angebracht, da eine Waschmaschine darunter passt.
