The road to Moulin du Bouc is like driving to the end of the world but is actually the road to a little hidden paradise. The reception, the stay, the hostesses, the surroundings, everything is really amazing. We had booked for two weeks together with our 7 and 9 year olds. We did not bother us for a moment. The region offers more than enough possibilities (Périgueux, Sarlat, Montignac, Brantôme, Hautefort ...) and if you want to relax on the beautiful estate this is absolutely recommended. There was plenty of entertainment for the children (football, petanque, badminton, beach tennis, dams built in the river and the wonderfully heated swimming pool). Still before the two weeks passed, our boys asked if we would come back next year. The presence of other tenants in the second home is an additional asset to get to know new people in a pleasant way. The full experience is further enhanced by the great hostesses who made you feel like you were at home. The organized apertory or pizza evening organized by them ensures that everybody gets to know each other in a relaxed way. Mit and Aunt Mit, thanks for everything and until next year !!!

Moulin du Bouc was a wonderful vakantieplek.Prachtig house surrounded by nature. Super Nice grounds with swimming pool, river, playgrounds. Everything well maintained. Hostess was very friendly and very helpful. Shops and restaurants can be found in Excideuil. With the car in 10 minutes. For sightseeing and other entertainment will be longer path moeten.Zeker recommended!

Superfijne vakantie, the children were also enthusiastic! Located in a beautiful valley where enjoying complete silence is still possible. Nearby you also have nice villages, castles and more than enough interesting places to visit. The owner who lives on the estate is super friendly and makes sure you do not get anything wrong. For the rest you can swim to the heart, tennis, Golfing, horse riding, etc. The evidence we have already booked for following year)

This year we have again enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the domain of Moulin du Bouc. Our 4 children have the time of their lives here: swimming in the beautiful pool, catching fish and lobsters in the river and playing football and playing on the grounds. We have been coming here for years and the hospitality and conviviality are very important to us. It is a wonderful place to relax and we will probably do that often.

A paradise on earth! Beautifully situated in a valley with a backdrop of the splashing water of the Loue. An ideal holiday to unwind. As the owner Miet nicely worded but can improve moet.Het holiday was top! Beautiful, sleek and super spacious the picture klopte.De Miet owner and her sister Mit fantastic hostesses, hedonists and inspiring women of the world. Along with the other guests, we were invited on day 2 for a reception drink. It was so cozy that we together with the guests in turn invited them back for an aperitif. A night to remember! -) We have immediately reversed for 10 days for next year. Overall highly recommended! Thanks Miet and aunt Mit.Grtjes, Marleen and Patrick

We are very warmly by the owner. The cottage was nice and clean. Lovely grounds for the kids to play, swim and vissen.Zowel children and we found the perfect place to unwind.

Family with 3 children in age of 9-7-5 years. The welcome was friendly and somewhat strand (the children were told right away what was not). The cottage is beautiful, spacious, like new kitchen and new bathroom with rain shower. The 2persoonsbed is narrow for the larger adult. The heated pool and fine play enough materials available. Large football field and space for volleyball, bocce, badminton. At / in the river our children have not been active. We look back with satisfaction on the birthday of our youngest son. He was 5 years. The whole family of the big house and the family in the other apartment were eating cake. What beamed our son. And surprise the hosts the evening stuck to the pizza oven for the entire group. Delicious pizza eaten at long table. Enclosed with wines and stargazing with his all. Absolutely great!!

We stayed two weeks with four kids on this piece of paradise on earth. Of all planned to do during this period in the area, but did not hit much further than the pool, the river-with-shrimp and the extensive grounds. Hot summer weather, great people and an incredibly warm and hearty welcome by the owner and her family. Highly recommended for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A warm reception by a lovely hostess (s). The cozy and clean cottage is located in beautiful surroundings. The cottage has everything you need. s "evening delicious apperitieven with the babbling Loue in the background. Walks in the woods around and the kids enjoyed the well maintained heated pool. And near several day trips. Overall a great holiday! We will definitely come back!

Beautiful surroundings for a peaceful holiday, enjoy nature and the beautiful villages of the Périgord region. In sunny weather, the domain itself already offers the necessary amenities for a successful holiday heated swimming pool, table tennis, petanque, hiking, etc .. ...

Arriving at Moulin du Bouc is better than coming home after a good holiday. It is arriving in a paradise in the beautiful Périgord Vert. The welcome was very warm and the stay was fine. The good care of the hostesses ensures that you immediately feel welcome and after our wonderful stay in 2017 it was again a top fourteen day and a fantastic reunion with two formidable ladies. Thanks to the tips from Miet and Aunt Mit we have now discovered new culinary addresses (Auberge de la truffe in Sorges, Les petits plaisirs in Hautefort ...) which also our boys (8 and 10 years) enjoyed. The region offers enormous opportunities for excursions and markets. If you really want to buy local food, the markets of Périgueux (Tuesday) and Thiviers (Saturday) are definitely recommended. Really nothing is too much to ask if you need something. When our eldest son suffered from an ear infection, the doctor was called and we were able to meet him that same day with Miet, who insisted on joining us. The holiday accommodation and the surrounding area offer both peace for the parents and sufficient relaxation possibilities for our boys. They could play football, play badminton, swim, play in the river, play kubb ... We are looking forward to 2019 !!!
