We could not stay in the house because the smell of humidity was so strong. We tried to air it out but nothing helped so we went to the hotel. We have contacted you for a refund, even partial, but we still have no response. I think that staying in the house with this humidity is even harmful to your health, it is not possible to rent a property style. Extremely disappointed and unhappy

The area is beautiful, cottage super nice, equipped with all facilities but very authentic. A walk through the beautiful narrow streets is an immense experience, you will come across everything from a bakery to a butcher, restaurants and bars. To cool off, you can walk to the lake, which is less than 50 meters from the house. In short, it is a great stay.

The cottage itself is super cute and authentic!! It is located in a small village, very friendly people, a small supermarket nearby, a restaurant nearby, and the biggest asset: a river at 1 minute walk!! Our kids swam every day, and loved it!! Our holiday was generally very successful, but still some downsides to the house, namely: Point 1: the alley in which the house is located is soooo narrow that you can NOT drive in, or park, let alone with a trailer. Very difficult to find parking nearby. So sometimes calculating a few steps. Point 2: the Nespresso machine that was there, did not work. Point 3: lighting buttons gave poor contact, so that the lighting sometimes did not work, and sometimes flickered, which is dangerous and unpleasant. Point 4: in the 1st sleeping area (2 single beds), chest of drawers was broken, so unfortunately we could not use the drawers . The garden torches in the courtyard also didn't work unfortunately. Point 5: we tried to use the microwave, but this apparently didn't work either. Point 6: insufficient cooking utensils, especially large spoons, soup spoons, mixer, stoemper for mashed potatoes, etc. Point 7 : lighting in the bathroom on the mirror is broken and did not work, so you did not see much in the mirror since it is in a dark space. For this reason, we found the house quite expensive, taking into account all defects. It is absolutely charming, and it is not very touristy either! What we thought was an advantage, that's for sure!

Not a great experience. Apartment was dingy and not particularly clean. Smelt like a cellar the entire time we were there. Spent most of the first evening killing flies around the apartment. Charged 20 euros for hire of towels for less than 72 hours. Would not recommend.

We (a family with 3 small children) had a very nice holiday (two weeks) in Bize-Minervois. Very nice and authentic house, much nicer and more spacious than on the website. It is also an excellent base: close to Beziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne, near the beach and close to the most beautiful vineyards and domains in the region. Every morning fresh bread from the Bakker and nice local eateries and markets. In short, we had a wonderful stay
