You will love this modest yet spacious space which can host a large family with kids, groups or 4 couples. In essence a beautiful complete house, however, deserves a major overhaul, for example fixing shower rods above, fixing banisters, finishing walls

The house is really big and beautiful! 2 bathrooms, 1 large 1 small, 2 toilets, everything you need, towels, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, candles.

It is a lovely house close to Ghent and Antwerp. Beautiful garden where you have sun almost all day! Atmospheric decor and don't forget the man cave! Perfect!

We enjoyed a spacious house with all furniture provided. The pool table, dart board and table tennis table were a success. the house is not well cleaned everywhere (bathroom, among others).

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad op deze locatie. Sint Niklaas is een mooie plaats om te bezoeken en ook Gent is niet ver weg en een mooie stad. daarnaast ook veel andere bezichtigingen met betrekking tot wandel gebieden etc. Het is een mooi ruim huis met een omheinde tuin, wat fijn was, onze hond kon er niet uit, maar de plaatselijke kittens van de buurt konden wel naar binnen. dit leidde tot wat frustratie van onze 4-voeter (natuurlijke zenuwenmoot). Het huis zelf kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken, vooral de badkamers. Maar ook overig onderhoud, op het eerste gezicht ruim en helder. Maar bij nader inzien alles, maar met name de slaapkamers, muf en smoezelig. De "mancave" in de garage maakte een hoop goed!

The house is on a fairly quiet road. There is very little nearby outside of a fishmonger and butcher shop. Parking was good with space for two cars. The game room was nice but if you"re expecting to play darts, bring your own.
The house needs maintenance. There were cobwebs in the corners and the bannister feels like it"s one good tug from pulling off. My mother with bad knees did not trust it. There should be a hand rail screwed into the wall.
There are lots of basics missing. The frying pans are missing more teflon than is left. The chairs are quite rickety. There was no vacuum or dustpan which led to a dirty feeling.
The space is extremely echo-y and while it"s big enough, anybody watching TV or having a conversation in the living room wrecks the enjoyment of anybody in their bedroom. The dishes did not match and there wasn"t really enough of anything for 10 people (other than beer glasses).
The owner was extremely responsive when we reported a problem and fixed the problem the same day while we were out.
Would I stay there again? Probably not but the location in regards to Ghent and Antwerp was excellent. The amount of space was great for a large party.
