At Lyngså you will find this cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna and plenty of space for 14 people. The well-appointed cottage has a nice large combined kitchen / living area with wood stove, where the community can really be enjoyed. There are five bathrooms, three of which have direct access from the bedrooms, making the house suitable for stays for several families who want to holiday together. After an active day with a lot of play in the pool, you can relax in the hot tub and get the heat in your body in the sauna. The four bedrooms have double beds and in addition one of the rooms has a loft with two extra beds. The fifth bedroom is with two bunk beds with four seats in total. The bunk beds measure 90x200. One of the house's two heat pumps provides heat for heating the pool water and makes the house extra energy efficient. The plot is 5000 m2 natural plot with trees that provide shelter and protection. The house is thus located weekly. In front of the house there is a large terrace, which is partially covered. Due to the size of the house, the price for the final cleaning of this cottage differs from the normal list price. The payment of electricity, final cleaning and deposit must be paid contact to the local office. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
