The luxurious Villa Celeia is a modern house with three apartments and a heated pool, located in the heart of the city of Krk. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a well-maintained garden with Mediterranean vegetation and an inviting pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on hot summer days. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor grill are available on the terrace, giving you the opportunity to prepare traditional Adriatic dishes. Your car will be safely parked in the enclosed parking area. Villa Celeia has three spacious apartments, each with its own privacy and separate floor. The first apartment is located on the ground floor, the second on the first floor, and the third on the second floor. All apartments are the same size, each measuring about 100 m².
Each apartment is designed to emphasize light and open space. Large windows let in plenty of daylight and offer a beautiful view of the terrace with the pool. The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable leather sofa that can be converted into a bed for two adults. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. The dining area has a large table for six people, ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends. The terrace of each apartment faces the pool and the sea, offering comfortable garden furniture, a large TV, a ceiling fan, and an outdoor grill. This area is perfect for relaxing on summer evenings or enjoying morning coffee with a view of the blue horizon.
From the elegant living area, one enters two peaceful bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The beds are equipped with high-quality Serta mattresses, known for their comfort and found in renowned hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Carlton, Caesars, and Crown Plaza. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a separate guest toilet in the apartment.
