Modern, comfortable, and bright holiday home in Portsall with sea view and only 50 meters from the beach. Sleeps up to 5 people. Dogs warmly welcome, including at the local beach. Garden fully fenced.

This modern holiday home is located just 50 meters from the beach and has a 1,100 m² fenced garden (minimum fence height 1.2m). On 120 m², there is space for up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and one of them additionally with a bathtub, 2 toilets - one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.

On the ground floor is the 56 m² large open living, cooking, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, 5-burner gas stove with 3 ovens and a warming plate, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and of course ample crockery, pots, etc.
In the adjacent kitchen room there is a washing machine and a dryer and additional storage space. The living room is equipped with a large TV (140cm) with German channels, WLAN-DVD/Blu-ray Player with Netflix, Internet via WLAN throughout the house, Bluetooth soundbar, 2 cozy sofas.

The main bedroom upstairs with about 25 m² has a terrace (8m²) with a magnificent sea view - even from the bed, and a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs, for relaxing, reading, and sea watching.

The two double rooms are equipped with high-quality beds/mattresses in 160x200. The third bedroom with a mattress size of 90x190.

For smokers, there is a garage directly by the house with access from the kitchen ;-)

The house is built in 2010, very well insulated and the heating is a heat pump with underfloor heating in all rooms, the house is 90% equipped with LED's.
