Description
Modern, comfortable and bright cottage in Portsall with sea views and only 50 metres from the beach. Sleeps up to 5 people. Dogs welcome, also on the house beach. Garden completely fenced. On request we will send a link for a virtual house tour.
This modern holiday home is located only 50 meters from the beach and has a 1100 m² fenced garden (1.2m fence height min.).
On 120 m² there is space for up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and one of them additionally with bathtub, 2 WCs - one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor.
On the ground floor is the 56m² large open living, cooking and dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, 5-burner gas stove with 3 ovens and hot plate, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and of course enough dishes, pots, etc..
In the kitchen annexe is a washing machine and dryer and further storage space.
The living room is equipped with large TV (140cm) with German channels, WLAN-DVD/Blue-ray player with Netflix, internet via WLAN throughout the house, Bluetooth soundbar, 2 comfortable sofas.
The master bedroom upstairs with about 25 m² has a terrace (8m²) with a beautiful sea view - already from the bed and a lounge area with sofa and armchairs, to relax, read and watch the sea.
The two double bedrooms are equipped with high quality beds/mattresses in 160x200. The third bedroom with a mattress size 90x190.
For smokers there is a garage directly at the house with access from the kitchen ;-)

In Portsall there is a fishmonger, a baker, good restaurants, a creperie and bars as well as a small supermarket where you can buy fresh baguettes daily.
A few kilometers away is Ploudalmezeau with large supermarkets and everything else you need.

Cancellation terms:
- Es wird vereinbart, dass bei Vertrags-Rücktritt, - der Mieter: - mehr als einen Monat vor Antritt des Mietverhältnisses, die geleistete Anzahlung verliert - weniger als einen Monat vor Antritt des Mietverhältnisses, zusätzlich die Differenz zwischen der Anzahlung und dem gesamten Mietbetrag zahlt. Sollte der Vermieter das Haus für den gleichen Zeitraum neu vermieten, so wird die Anzahlung/Restzahlung zurück erstattet. - Im Falle von Corona-Reisebeschränkungen wird die Miete zurückgezahlt oder auf Wunsch für einen späteren Termin gut geschrieben.
