Description
The fully air-conditioned apartment Barcelona with 88 m² is ideally suited for couples and families. The terrace of the apartment shows directly at the seaside and you can enjoy your morning coffee with a breath-taking view. The own garden of the apartment includes many palms and citrus trees. The apartment is complete equipped and includes free WI-FI, Flat TV, Sat TV and a free parking place.
The living room has a designer sleeping couch from Natuzzi, with a real bed. If you want to use the whole space, you can easily fold back the bed inside the couch. The open designer kitchen from Häcker is fully equipped. It includes a spacious working surface, a dishwasher, backing oven and a fridge with freezer.
Beside the living room, the apartment has also two master-bedrooms with bath en suite. Additionally, the apartment even includes two spacious bathroom with a rain-shower.

Location and surroundings of object
A few walking minutes away from the apartment, there are local restaurants (called Konbas). There you get typical Croatian specialties like freshly cached fish or shells. At the promenade you will also find bakery’s and bars where you can enjoy your coffee.
If you want to prepare some meal in the designer kitchen on our own, there are several supermarkets only a few walking minutes away.

If you are bored with your swimming holiday or just do not know how you should spend the rest of your day? Then you can do a vacation to the Kornati islands by boat or drive with a buggy through the national park Paklenica. Moreover, there are also several bike tours in Sukosan, where you can enjoy the beauty of this area. Also, a visit in the historic town of Zadar ist a good choice. It is only a few car or bike minutes from the apartment away.

The historic city of Zadar is one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Croatia. The many sights, restaurants and bars are a highlight in every Croatia holiday.
Paklenica:
In this national park safari tours are offered to discover the diverse fauna of Croatia.

There is price 125/day but when you want to book it, the booking office/landlord increased it to 150€ plus cleaning plus warranty 200€ !!!
