At Villa CroAdria, we’ve created a space where comfort and relaxation come together seamlessly. Outside, you’ll find a private 42m² swimming pool, a sun deck with loungers and parasols, and a cozy outdoor dining area complete with a complimentary BBQ for those unforgettable meals under the sky.
Inside, the ground floor has everything you need—a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area that opens directly to the pool and outdoor dining space. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and four upstairs), there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind and feel at home.
Step out onto the terraces and soak in the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Brač. For those who enjoy staying active, we’ve added a half basketball court and badminton equipment, making it fun for all ages to enjoy some outdoor recreation.
Our pool is heated upon request, so you can enjoy a swim at just the right temperature throughout your stay. At Villa CroAdria, it’s all about effortless comfort with a touch of luxury to make your time here truly special.
At Villa CroAdria, everything on the first floor, ground floor, and outdoor area is exclusively yours to enjoy. You’ll also have access to a secure parking area located within the private property, offering peace of mind during your stay.
NOTE: While the owner resides on the same lot in an extended part of the villa, the only shared space is the pathway through the parking area. This pathway allows the owner access to their private entrance, while guests have a separate private entrance.

The owner diligently tends to the villa's surroundings daily, ensuring a pristine environment for guests. From cleaning the pool to clearing leaves from the grassy areas, every detail is meticulously attended to, making your stay smoother and more enjoyable.
Depending on availability, we're happy to offer you the convenience of early check-in and late check-out for your stay.
