This cabin is a gem! It is nestled in nature, but close enough to the village to buy groceries and dine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after a day of exploring, the fireplace was a welcome refuge. We really felt at home here.

Great cottage with everything on it and in it. Welcoming hostess who welcomes you with a leaky bottle of wine and eiereen own chickens, at least that was the case with us last week. Gorgeous views, great kitchen with spacious sorted cutlery and cooking / bakeware. Nice sitting room and bedroom. Good bed. Tasty ligklapstoelen outside for sunbathing, in short just fine there. The environment is also very worthwhile, with the greatest advantage that you amidst extensive nature is wonderful for day trips and awesome beaches. The towns of Viana, Braga, Valenca are worth a visit and good food you can go to the restaurant of the village in the valley or in Ponte de Lima.

Without a doubt our best holiday so far. We can only tell you what all the comments told us. Beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings, fully equipped with everything you need. Large and beautiful garden with fresh vegetables for picking out. Every morning, fresh bread is served at a (very) soft price as the baker walks. This is sufficient enough to go here and have a top holiday, but the biggest plume is actually for Fatima and her family. With her nice mix of French and Portuguese with a word English this time, this perfect hostess does everything she can to help you and help her wherever she can. She can also boil amazingly. If you have any previous (mostly very positive) reviews see for this house, do you think this should be covered (we have a lifetime of experience in renting apartments). Nothing could be further from the truth. If we could give the number 11 than we did. This experience (4 weeks) has everything we experienced surpassed in 35 years. So much for the quaintness of the house, the garden (with include lemon and orange trees, herb and vegetable garden, pond), the fire (early spring), the peace, the warmth of the Portuguese population. And certainly not least its outstanding hospitality and alertness of Fatima and Juan. Much heat you do not like possible. Something we may also experience with their four children. Use them as an example for the Portuguese youth, which constitute the future, Portugal has a nice view !!! And if you typically Portuguese want to eat, do not hesitate to make use of Fatima 's cooking (there is a menu in this home with the dishes you bets count). This cottage is wonderful for 2 people. The light in the hills above Porto, but both Porto and the airport are easily bereikbaar.De owners, Fatima and Juan, are very sympathetic people. The kitchen is beautifully fine and the cottage has a small vegetable garden with delicious Pimentos. You can still use those of the owners. As the onions and garlic sympathetic hang to dry in the typical small gazebo. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Fatima. A very sweet woman who cares with all her heart of the beautiful jewel in the north of Portugal! This house is truly a topper. Idyllic location, large vegetable and ornamental garden (you have to buy a vegetable itself because you can use anything from the garden), stunning views and very cordial owners. The house is fully equipped, complete kitchen equipment, shiny clean and spacious. Fatima speaks French, German and her husband requested Fatima cooks a Portuguese meal they therefore will bring (course fee). Definitely worth to do. We have 2x let us pamper you. It will be very difficult to find that this exceeds a holiday for 2 people unless you without 't pool can not. Our Landlady, Fatima, would prepare and deliver any of the meals listed on the menu kept in the house. We had two, fish and chicken and they were delicious. A basket of essentials, milk, eggs vegetables etc were waiting for us in the kitchen, free of charge. Fatima and her son Felip were very friendly and welcoming. A lot of new roads have been built in this part of North Portugal and the absence of maps made driving very difficult.

We highly recommend this holiday home to a couple who enjoy walking and nature in a very beautiful national park. The house is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There is a fabulous garden where guests can relax and also are encouraged to use produce from the extensive vegetable patch. The owners live nearby and are warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great nice and cozy house with all the trimmings anything you could need hebben.Aankomst: very kindly received by the two owners. Fire wast created, electric blanket and firmly turned the electric heater for extra comfort there posted. We arrived on the first Christmas day and this was not even a problem. Lots of rain but this was not unpleasant, it's a very cozy home. Owners are right for you and pastries every morning to the fence make it even better. 10 for 1 euro and very tasty. Both of our pets were well for our sweet little dog a beautiful garden with grass REALLY was a true pampering. Kool picked from the garden with the potatoes from the barn and the onions and the garlic really super enjoyed. In a word cracking, and the language, you must you also want to change, because it's just too cute with hands and feet, and still well together chatting. We have a lot of fun had an absolute must for those couples who want to experience the real Portugal, and for those couples who want a little less traditional LIDL is reasonably close (10km)!

Perfect location on a slope in a small village. 10 minutes drive from Ponte de Lima, 45 min to Bom Jesus de Monte, and about an hour to Porto! Beautiful garden with lots of fruit (peach, pear, apple, lemon, etc) and large vegetable garden. All fruits and vegetables (tomato, zucchini, beans, cucumber) can be picked and eaten! Some consideration is to occasionally water and fish -). Fatima is a great place to cook a delicious meal for two people, mostly local delicacies. bring a bottle of cold Vinho Verde! We have a few weeks traveling through Portugal and stayed a week in Lavandeira. From there we explored a little Northern Portugal. Although not every day has been nice weather we have enjoyed ourselves. Rolls in a pouch on the fence, a lovely hostess who cooks for you, great walks through the hills and along the Lima, beautiful towns in the area and a nice cool evening the fireplace. Quite good.

We had a fantastic holiday. Fatima was very welcoming - and thank you for the wine - it was our first taste of the vinha verde from the region. The accommodation was perfect. The gardens were lovely - very very pretty with great views from the property. We loved being able to pick and eat the fresh produce grown in the garden - tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, courgettes. If you have any previous (mostly very positive) reviews see for this house, do you think this should be covered (we have a lifetime of experience in renting apartments). Nothing could be further from the truth. If we could give the number 11 than we did. This experience (4 weeks) has everything we experienced surpassed in 35 years. So much for the quaintness of the house, the garden (with include lemon and orange trees, herb and vegetable garden, pond), the fire (early spring), the peace, the warmth of the Portuguese population. And certainly not least its outstanding hospitality and alertness of Fatima and Juan. Much heat you do not like possible. Something we may also experience with their four children. Use them as an example for the Portuguese youth, which constitute the future, Portugal has a nice view !!! And if you typically Portuguese want to eat, do not hesitate to make use of Fatima 's cooking (there is a menu in this home with the dishes you bets count). This house is truly a topper. Idyllic location, large vegetable and ornamental garden (you have to buy a vegetable itself because you can use anything from the garden), stunning views and very cordial owners. The house is fully equipped, complete kitchen equipment, shiny clean and spacious. Fatima speaks French, German and her husband requested Fatima cooks a Portuguese meal they therefore will bring (course fee). Definitely worth to do. We have 2x let us pamper you. The environment is beautiful. Naturally Ponte de Lima, Porto and other beautiful places. We have also made a trip to Moncao the Minho. And everywhere tasty wine and port. An absolute must!

Our Landlady, Fatima, would prepare and deliver any of the meals listed on the menu kept in the house. We had two, fish and chicken and they were delicious. A basket of essentials, milk, eggs vegetables etc were waiting for us in the kitchen, free of charge. Fatima and her son Felip were very friendly and welcoming. A lot of new roads have been built in this part of North Portugal and the absence of maps made driving very difficult.

We were in a very nice house with all modern features. R nThe owner Fatima is a very sweet and caring woman. Her husband Joao is very responsive and helpful. Fatima also provides, if you wish, delicious meals from its own wood oven. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The view over the valley of Lima is fantastic. On the porch of the casita you sit ringside for that matter. The cottage is also a good base for visiting interesting cities of Porto, Guimaraes, Viana do Castelo. Ponte de Lima is a very nice and cozy place. You can also eat well. The only downside to our holiday was the weather.

Our Landlady, Fatima, would prepare and deliver any of the meals listed on the menu kept in the house. We had two, fish and chicken and they were delicious. A basket of essentials, milk, eggs vegetables etc were waiting for us in the kitchen, free of charge. Fatima and her son Felip were very friendly and welcoming.

A lot of new roads have been built in this part of North Portugal and the absence of maps made driving very difficult.

This house is truly a topper. Idyllic location, large vegetable and ornamental garden (you have to buy a vegetable itself because you can use anything from the garden), stunning views and very cordial owners. The house is fully equipped, complete kitchen equipment, shiny clean and spacious. Fatima speaks French, German and her husband requested Fatima cooks a Portuguese meal they therefore will bring (course fee). Definitely worth to do. We have 2x let us pamper you. The environment is beautiful. Naturally Ponte de Lima, Porto and other beautiful places. We have also made a trip to Moncao the Minho. And everywhere tasty wine and port. An absolute must!

It will be very difficult to find that this exceeds a holiday for 2 people unless you without 't pool can not. We have a few weeks traveling through Portugal and stayed a week in Lavandeira. From there we explored a little Northern Portugal. Although not every day has been nice weather we have enjoyed ourselves. Great cottage with everything on it and in it. Welcoming hostess who welcomes you with a leaky bottle of wine and eiereen own chickens, at least that was the case with us last week. Gorgeous views, great kitchen with spacious sorted cutlery and cooking / bakeware. Nice sitting room and bedroom. Good bed. Tasty ligklapstoelen outside for sunbathing, in short just fine there. The environment is also very worthwhile, with the greatest advantage that you amidst extensive nature is wonderful for day trips and awesome beaches. The towns of Viana, Braga, Valenca are worth a visit and good food you can go to the restaurant of the village in the valley or in Ponte de Lima.

Nothing could be further from the truth. If we could give the number 11 than we did. This experience (4 weeks) has everything we experienced surpassed in 35 years. So much for the quaintness of the house, the garden (with include lemon and orange trees, herb and vegetable garden, pond), the fire (early spring), the peace, the warmth of the Portuguese population. And certainly not least its outstanding hospitality and alertness of Fatima and Juan. Much heat you do not like possible. Something we may also experience with their four children. We highly recommend this holiday home to a couple who enjoy walking and nature in a very beautiful national park. The house is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Large and beautiful garden with fresh vegetables for picking out. Every morning, fresh bread is served at a (very) soft price as the baker walks. This is sufficient enough to go here and have a top holiday, but the biggest plume is actually for Fatima and her family. Fantastic holiday home with really all amenities (and more two coffeemakers, toaster and toaster machine). Perfect location on a slope in a small village. 10 minutes drive from Ponte de Lima, 45 min to Bom Jesus de Monte, and about an hour to Porto! Beautiful garden with lots of fruit (peach, pear, apple, lemon, etc) and large vegetable garden. All fruits and vegetables (tomato, zucchini, beans, cucumber) can be picked and eaten! Some consideration is to occasionally water and fish -). Fatima is a great place to cook a delicious meal for two people, mostly local delicacies. bring a bottle of cold Vinho Verde!
