A very run-down house, poor condition, fireplace not usable as broken, no privacy screen at the entrance area - broken, wardrobes not usable - broken, microwave and towels only available upon request. Dishes inadequately laid out for 6 people - 4 glasses 4 plates, floor damaged by water damage - risk of injury/tripping.
No one on site spoke German - according to the description, multilingual!

The playground is right outside the door, and the play equipment on the neighboring property could also be used. The landlords were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. The pictures on the website are not entirely up to date due to renovation work, but everything is present as described.
