Our stay in the holiday home near Drents-Friese Wold was simply wonderful! The bungalow was cozy and well-equipped, which made it perfect for our family vacation. The location is fantastic for nature lovers - just a short drive to both Boswachterij Smilde and the national park. Friendly welcome and explanation about the park, a very clean park and ditto house, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the dishwasher broke in the house, this was the same day still replaced, park is not that big and we find that personally very nice. You can rent bikes and there are routes ready at the reception that you can cycle. you are so in Natuurpark Drents Fries Wold. House is also fully equipped and the chairs and sofa are comfortable, all the bathroom is somewhat dated, but otherwise top.

However, we had cabin include selected for the presence of the Internet (children in the adolescent age and because of the bad weather we wanted also likes to have access to sites like rain radar, etc.) you should be able to rely on a normally functioning internet.

The bungalows are comfortable, fairly spacious and equipped with many amenities. The immediate vicinity of the park offers ample opportunities for cycling and walking. There are a few basic shops in Hoogersmilde. More shops and restaurants can be found in neighboring towns, eg in Diever or Appelscha.

On arrival and departure, the car may be driven to the house for loading and unloading. After that, the car can be parked under cover. The houses have sufficient privacy.
