This restyled, luxurious, detached villa is located in Résidence Klein Vink, surrounded by nature.

On the ground floor, you'll have a nice living room and fully equipped open plan kitchen at your disposal, as well as a bedroom with washbasin. On the first floor, you'll find the other bedrooms and the two bathrooms, one of which with bathtub and one with shower and (infrared) sauna. All beds are single box-spring beds, which might be set up as a double bed.

The villas feature an infrared or traditional sauna. Both on the ground floor and upstairs there's a separate toilet. In the storage room, you'll find a washing machine. In the garden, there's a terrace with garden furniture and you can park two cars at the villa.

Adult guests of Résidence Klein Vink and this type receive 2.5 hours free daily access to the Arcen Thermal Baths. Certain conditions regarding check-in times and days apply.

Note: Between September 7 and 11, 2026, a large group will be staying at Klein Vink. The group will host party evenings on Monday and Tuesday in the general parking area. Please be aware that these events, as well as the group’s stay, may result in some noise disturbance during this period. We appreciate your understanding. Thermal Bath is open from 08:30 to 22:00, with saunas closing at 20:00, pools at 21:30, and the brasserie at 21:00.

Klein Vink is a welcoming holiday park located amidst the National Park De Maasduinen. The famous spa resort Thermal bath Arcen is located near by the park, a great source of relaxation. As a guest of Klein Vink you can use the wellness facilities of Thermaalbad Arcen at a reduced rate. Here you can enjoy the various thermal baths, saunas and wellness treatments. The holiday park Klein Vink has an indoor swimming pool, a large swimming-, surfing- and rowing lake and a wide range of sports and game facilities. There are many cycling and walking routes in the beautiful nature in this region too. An excursion to the castle gardens of Arcen, Toverland or one of the German cities like Cologne and Dusseldorf is worth it too. The connected, spacious bungalows are for rent. Anybody can enjoy a carefree holiday here.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.

Outside school holidays the indoor pool is closed during the week from 3 pm to 7 pm due to swimming lessons. At this park we offer free sports and entertainment activities.

We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.

Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool (with the exception of the thermal baths) is closed from Monday December 6 to Friday December 17.

I don't want to lie, the location is everything, Close to the brewery and the parks, Perfect for walks and relaxing days, The garden terrace is also a nice meeting place, A solid 10/10!
