The cottage looks great at first glance! However, it quickly becomes clear that there are all sorts of issues. The beds creak absurdly loud when you move even a little. Just like the dining room chairs that creak or squeak. There is a leak in the living room, and upstairs there are damp spots and peeling paint. The dishwasher in the kitchen doesn't work, and the dishwasher is full of rust, which is incredibly unhealthy. The dishes in the cupboards were also dirty, and there are kitchen utensils that just fall apart. The doorbell doesn't work and the lock of the bathroom upstairs doesn't work either. There are so many silverfish present that they can be found in groups on the ceiling at night. The sauna is full of cracks and holes and heats up very poorly. The layout of the cottage is otherwise very nice and nicely decorated. But there is so much deferred maintenance that the cottage is not okay.

The house is spacious but urgently needs maintenance. The beds and sofa in the living room have sagged. The heating boiler leaks and needs to be refilled 3 times a day. The dishwasher is completely rusted and does not clean well. There is little light in the kitchen, making the cooktop difficult to read and operate. The refrigerator is rickety and the vacuum cleaner stinks! In the garden, there is a swing with one broken seat.

The heating boiler had to be refilled twice a day to have hot water. This was also known to the landlord, but not communicated to us in advance. All the light spots in the kitchen were broken, the rack in the dishwasher is rusted, and all the beds creak when you turn over. The house is in need of renovation, the roller blinds are partly broken or do not close, and in some rooms the spray work is coming off the wall. There is, however, a ample supply of glassware, plates, cutlery, bowls, and pans.

Great property, well equipped and ideal for a large family group such as ours. On site managers were very responsive and helpful - once we could contact them (see below). Property and holiday park facilities were very good. Only downsides that kept us from "fantastic" rating were: - needed some maintenance to open up view of water to rear. - would have liked a toaster (minor issue but did miss one) - TV service did not include major network stations - unable to readily watch Euro Cup (had to stream on own laptop). - Belvilla does not (according to service reps we spoke to or emailed) allow you to send questions to owners prior to paying your booking. This led us to not book some properties because there were differences between posted photos and property descriptions that could not be clarified. Other booking services allow this contact with owners before booking - not sure why Belvilla does not but it means will we avoid using Belvilla in the future.

The stay we had was very good, everything was sufficient, it was a comfortably furnished house, we were excellently supervised by the owners and they ensured that we had a nice week with 10 people.

Very nice big house with a large garden and sauna. First impression was wow. But unfortunately the floor above was very disappointing. Many of the bedrooms were great, but otherwise the rooms were not that clean and smelled musty, bedding not fresh, silverfish between the mattresses, windows did not close properly and the ceiling was peeling here and there. Practically all beds also creak when you move, which means you can't sleep very well.

Great home kitchen only not equipped for cooking for 12. 4 burner induction and a dishwasher. Furthermore, ok house and decor. Environment Zeewolde Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and little to do, much closed. Easy to walk into the forest or to Biddinghuizen, outlet and Oostvaardersplassen.

Large accommodation as on photos. It was nice that we could handle flexible arrival and departure times. In addition, it was nice that some standard things that you quickly forget were present such as coffee filters. Also a wide range of crockery. spiders and cobwebs were and dirt under the beds, for 140 euro cleaning costs you should not expect that, but otherwise really great!

A house with many ants - (an aging fridge / freezer (rust broken, refrigerator with cable ties attached) the dishwasher was more dirty rinsed than clean cigarettes on the entire lawn (previously were probably 12 guys in the house) swing and trampoline dangerous marode ... We were there for the second time with a large family (3-55 years) - a little more care would be nice! Nevertheless, we had a great holiday!

Downside really are the door handles. They go hard open a bedroom door did not even open anymore. During the weekend from 3/6 August wanted my wife and I celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our 3 daughters and their families (partners and 4 grandchildren). This is excellent success. The house offers plenty of comfort to serve as a base to dichbij located trips for small children and adults attractive. Great property, well equipped and ideal for a large family group such as ours. On site managers were very responsive and helpful - once we could contact them (see below). Property and holiday park facilities were very good. Only downsides that kept us from "fantastic" rating were: - needed some maintenance to open up view of water to rear. - would have liked a toaster (minor issue but did miss one) - TV service did not include major network stations - unable to readily watch Euro Cup (had to stream on own laptop). - Belvilla does not (according to service reps we spoke to or emailed) allow you to send questions to owners prior to paying your booking. This led us to not book some properties because there were differences between posted photos and property descriptions that could not be clarified. Other booking services allow this contact with owners before booking - not sure why Belvilla does not but it means will we avoid using Belvilla in the future.

During the weekend from 3/6 August wanted my wife and I celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our 3 daughters and their families (partners and 4 grandchildren). This is excellent success. The house is very large and has many rooms. The kitchen / living room are big enough to stay. 10 + people We were quite a few small children, they had plenty of room to play. Downside really are the door handles. They go hard open a bedroom door did not even open anymore. Large accommodation as on photos. It was nice that we could handle flexible arrival and departure times. Very nice big house with a large garden and sauna. First impression was wow. But unfortunately the floor above was very disappointing. Many of the bedrooms were great, but otherwise the rooms were not that clean and smelled musty, bedding not fresh, silverfish between the mattresses, windows did not close properly and the ceiling was peeling here and there. Practically all beds also creak when you move, which means you can't sleep very well.

The house is very large and has many rooms. The kitchen / living room are big enough to stay. 10 + people We were quite a few small children, they had plenty of room to play. Downside really are the door handles. They go hard open a bedroom door did not even open anymore. Furthermore, there is a hornet's nest in the eaves what a lot of inconvenience, it also inside the house. The garden is spacious for small children there would be something more may be. The trampoline is on the old side, but provides plenty of entertainment.

With clients of an institution for people with intellectual disabilities week I was in the house. We had a relaxing week. location of the cottage is really super. the clients can still was noisy and had now surrounding houses there less affected. further good location to go out. close to the beach and close to dolfinaruim. The transfer of the key which is slightly less. There was an appointment for 14:00 and then we could reach anyone. ultimately we have to wait until 15:00 until we could house

During the weekend from 3/6 August wanted my wife and I celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our 3 daughters and their families (partners and 4 grandchildren). This is excellent success. The house offers plenty of comfort to serve as a base to dichbij located trips for small children and adults attractive. Enchanted Playground and were favored by kids and the pool area and garden at the house itself were much plezier.Vertrek maandamorgen at 10.00 am for the opportunity offered to the little ones happy situated near the Dolphinarium to visit, so that day he whole, eel participated in the festivities.

The villa is very comfartable , it had everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped, the garden is perfect, the living area is big enough, wifi is strong, the owners are helpful and very kind. The area is good for bicycle trips and also a boat. We enjoyed it a lot. Thanks you !

The house was much appreciated. Large, functionally furnished rooms. Small pretty details. Free Wi-Fi and washing machine. ..ruhige location .... very friendly and helpful doorman .... pool ... it was much appreciated. Unfortunately, lay in the garden rubbish and cigarette butts, in the house had not been cleaned for more clearly ....

Weather (1 day icy cold and snow, rain one day) prompted us to fun inside (WII console, and games) and outdoor fun in the sauna and then cool off in the thick snow on the lawn. As if you were on holiday in Finland. Everyone enjoyed the spacious house that was correctly and adequately furnished, for the cook (large pots). In other words, a top house fully equipped

The house was big and beautiful and very clean. With a nice garden where our children could play safely, and a fine pool, that was a bit cold. We would have liked if there where WIFI (Internet). We had a very pleasant stay in the house.

We were with a group of children home on vacation. We were 6 adults and 3 children. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen! It was cozy and loving, but also practical. It has all of us absolutely loved it. The kids would have loved to have stayed longer.

A house with many ants - (an aging fridge / freezer (rust broken, refrigerator with cable ties attached) the dishwasher was more dirty rinsed than clean cigarettes on the entire lawn (previously were probably 12 guys in the house) swing and trampoline dangerous marode ... We were there for the second time with a large family (3-55 years) - a little more care would be nice! Nevertheless, we had a great holiday!
