Casarano is a small town with no special tourist business, but it's also fun and, moreover, convenient for excursions. The area is great fun, culture, and beaches etc

A very warm welcome, with appetizers, wine, juice and a very detailed explanation of the home and garden. AND the orange grove which simply relates. Nearby cities with various kinds of beautiful sights in the town itself Casarano several eateries within walking distance. In short, especially in combination with a ticket from Eindhoven to Brindisi an ideal place to explore. Puglia

Very warm welcome. Tommaso had prepared 3 beautiful local wines as a welcome. The accommodation is quite unique: you are in a busy street in the center of Casarano, a small chapel on the left and a door on the right in a blank wall ... What should this be, you wonder. Then the door opens and you have a beautiful old house at your disposal, beautifully kept in style and so it looks built on the old city wall of the village. Spacious rooms, large kitchen and a nice terrace behind and then .. down the stairs to a large garden full of orange trees ,, a large terrace, a barbecue and a shower, sun beds in short a very positive surprise The house is called "the house of tranquility" "and indeed, although in the middle of the center, you actually hear nothing and can therefore see the sun set in peace! Overall fantastic and what a nice owner, who even had a farewell present for us. Thanks Tommaso for your great house!

Warm welcome by the owner. Authentic house with good beds and spacious enough for 2 to 3 people. Through thick walls and few windows it will be nice and cool in the summer. In April still cold but good heating. Fantastic outdoor event with a spacious terrace above and a large terrace with orchard that can be reached via stairs. Cottage is in a busy street near the center of Casarano. We could easily park for free.

Casarano is an uninviting town in a desolate part of Puglia. We had been in a beautiful part of Puglia (Valle d "Itrea) for a week and now arrived in the southern part of Puglia. It was a terrible area with dead olive trees (caused by the Xyllella bacteria). Partly the trees were already The accommodation did not immediately make a cheerful impression on us, because of the uninviting town. There is also no nice center with a nice square or something, which you usually have in many other small or large villages / towns. The cottage itself was fine but you had to constantly bend down through the house, because all doors were still "small Italian nonna" who used to live in. The garden is quite nice but full of mosquitoes. to be stung, we have not sat outside anymore. The only advantage of this house was its central location, from here you can easily reach the towns and beaches on both the East Coast and West Coast.

Sylvester celebrated between about 100 Italians in 100mtr restaurant further down the street. Visit Lecce, Gallipoli and Otranto coast road-Marina di Leuca overwhelming. Had wonderful weather. Breakfast in the attached orchard with orange and lemon trees in the middle of town. Unbelievable. The house stands on an ancient city wall so approximately 10 mtr. higher than the orchard.

Ideal location to explore the Salento. The Via Mazzini is a one-way street and my navigator had no house numbers and sent me into the middle of the street, and that was too far. You have to enter the Piazza Ungherese as a target. Then one is to get in a few meters on Haus.Wenn after an eventful day in the apartment, you will be captured by the cozy Atmoshäre both internally and externally, so that one feels no desire, the house verlassen.Wir were not the last time there. The owner Tommaso and Francesca are very helpful, friendly and caring.

Situated in the city and yet an oasis of calm. Warm, excellent reception by the owners. Gardening, Danielle, is a source of information on environment and restaurants. Terraces at the house and in the garden are indispensable. The house is rather small, but has all the comforts. Casarano itself is a good base for visiting the Salento and both coasts.

Very nice welcome, wonderful large garden with orange and lemon trees, plenty of seating, quiet atmosphere, beautiful details in the architectural design (renovation), walk all the major shops and restaurants can be reached ....

A vivre absolument.

The house is romantically decorated with attention to detail, you will feel right at home! Outside are several nice seating and the orchard is fantastic. We were received very kindly by the owners and on the table was a welcome pack with 3 local wines (delicious). The house has air conditioning and so thick walls keep cool well. Linen and crockery available, and everything very clean! Please take the time to explore the town you will find the best restaurants and on the street at Lorenzo the best pizza 's. Good base for many beautiful towns and beaches where you mainly Otranto (beach in town and Baia di Turky also very beautiful) not to forget the most nearest beach is Torre Giovanni beach with fine things. (near Ugento.) We enjoyed the beautiful Salento. Tip bring mosquito repellent!

Very nice vacation had, on the one hand by the nearby sites (be sure to visit Lecce and Otranto), but also by the calm and tranquility in the cottage. Very nice large olive grove. Everything to enjoy a fantastic holiday!

A lovely house with a nice large garden with lots of nice seating areas and privacy. And that in the town itself. Ideal for when you are not on the road all day. The host is very hospitable, flexible and helpful !!

Very warm welcome. We got welcome package with wine of the region and explain the house. The property is special, with a beautiful orange grove. The kitchen is reasonably equipped. We only missed a small frying pan and a kettle for tea. Everything was further groomed and clean. The setting is beautiful. The town itself is not touristy. Sufficient restaurants.
