Attention!
Apartment is damp and cold. Landlord very unfriendly. We were also overcharged for the rent. The full rental price had to be paid directly upon arrival.

Recommended. If there are any problems, they are immediately taken care of. In the holiday home, everything you need is available. In the area, there are several restaurants. We have been coming to Schieder for 10 years and every time stay in this holiday home. Worth recommending.

Coming home
A beautifully located and appointed holiday apartment. Situated in the quiet surroundings of Niesetal, a perfect spot to explore the forest and surrounding countryside by foot or by the extensive network of bicycle trails. The apartment is so well equipped and clean. Isabel and Dirk made us so welcome and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. This is a perfect get away from it all spot, but close enough to places if you feel the need. Schieder Sea, a flooded valley, is a must visit with a play park and fun play pool which will keep young children amused all day. This has something for everyone....welcome to Brigadoon!

Explore the Weserbergland
The apartment was tastefully and comfortably furnished. It was clean and very well equipped in the kitchen area. Everything was as described and illustrated on the website. From here we made tours to the Hermann Monument, Externsteine, Porta Westfalica, Schieder See, and the surrounding cities. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this apartment.
