This holiday home in Fermo feels nothing short of heavenly - no exaggeration, really. With 2 bedrooms which can sleep a small family or a group of 6, this home has a shared swimming pool with the small beach, a bubble bath and counter-current swimming and the garden with slide and swing feel truly delightful. The outdoor kitchen and the cute animals from the courtyard will make your stay unique.

In 15 minutes, you can arrive at the sea of Porto San Giorgio. Nearby are many villages worth visiting, namely, Moresco, Grottazzolina, Campofilone famous for its egg pasta. Montappone is famous for the hat production and Ripatransone orange flag of Touring Club Italia.

The home has a barbecue and even the pergola is equipped for dining outside. The owner lives in a separate area on the property, is warm and respects privacy. 1 pet is allowed to stay with you free of cost. Heating is optional and on request.

A delightful escape in the countryside! The shared pool was a nice feature, and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The nearby towns offered great day trips, and the local pasta was a highlight of our culinary adventures.

What a beautiful place! The shared pool was a pleasant surprise after a day of exploring the neighboring villages. The owner was very friendly and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for families.

Very spacious and comfortable! We traveled with another family, and it was perfect for us. The children played in the garden while we relaxed by the pool. The proximity to Porto San Giorgio was a bonus for beach days.

A peaceful retreat in the Italian countryside, The property was clean and well-maintained, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay, The garden space with swings and slides was perfect for our children, Although we didn't explore much, Porto San Giorgio was a short drive away for some time at the beach, Overall, a good experience, but we wished there were more local dining options within walking distance.

Peaceful and relaxing place, a beautiful swimming pool and an astonishing garden (there "s also a fantastic outdoor kitchen, very well equipped, we really enjoyed it!). The apartment is very cozy, the living room has a big dining table and it "s perfect for big families. We were also traveling with a baby: my little niece had a baby bed and a very comfortable highchair at her disposal and she also has enjoyed very much playing on the very soft lawn under the ancient olive trees around the pool. Even my dog Axl had the best time ever! The house is fully fenced and very dog friendly: he was able to run everywhere without any worry from our side! What about the hosts? Matteo and his mother have been wonderful: very gentle, generous and always at our disposal (they also brought us the grapes and figs that they cultivate !!). We really can "t wait to come back !!
