This villa is situated in Apecchio has 3 bedrooms for accommodating 8 people comfortably. Together with the residents of the other home, you'll have a large swimming pool with separate bubbles and children's bath, an outdoor shower, ping-pong and foosball table and a barbecue.
You can get your daily groceries from the supermarket 5 km away. The area's landscape is breathtaking, its meandering roads lead you from one amazing view to another. Visit Città di Castello, 30 kilometres away. This city has a beautiful medieval centre and Umbria's second-most famous museum, the Pinacoteca Communale, with paintings by Raphael and Signorelli, among others.
The interiors of the home are well-decorated with modern interiors. The central heating will keep you warm and cosy indoors. Plan a barbecue evening with your pals in the garden furnished with sun loungers and table chair.

PLEASE NOTE GENERALLY WE ARE VERY PLEASED ABOUT TOPIC TRAVEL !!!! Perfect reception, with kind words (Italian and English) and a basket full of supplies. beautifully situated house, and the house itself is almost perfect. Very spacious, nicely decorated, class pool. a disadvantage was the hard, crisp breeze that six out of seven days blew over the mountains, and the semi-feral cats who are very pushy and making almost impossible "outside food". the latter is really too bad, and the only real flaw. the drive uphill from the public road to the house lasts nine minutes and is an unpaved, rather "wild" way.

We were greeted very nicely on arrival and instructed in the house. The way to the house leads the last 4 km on a dirt road. The house is located at an altitude of almost 700 meters in an absolutely secluded location with an amazing view over the valley and a fantastic pool. In the basement there is a washing machine, which we also used. Towels for the pool were also there. Top!!! Our children were thrilled and it was a pure adventure for our dog to be able to move all day without a leash. If you are looking for a haven of peace and quiet, this is the place for you. But you have to know that the distances are long, be it shopping or dinner in a restaurant. The sea to Fano is about an hour's drive away, and everything you need is available in the house. We had the left part with three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. In two bedrooms there is an additional single bed, you can sleep here with a total of 8 people. There is also a second apartment with two bedrooms and a total of 5 beds. This apartment was not occupied during our stay. We had a fantastic week here and had a great rest.

We have been going to this area for years and renting a house. This is really a house in a top location. Far in the mountains. The wind is nice here, so it is nice to keep at the pool. We were lucky that the two-person accommodation was not rented, so the entire house was for us. Appechio itself is small with a single restaurant and no bakery. Nevertheless we cozy. There is little development in the area .. We enjoyed! of amazing sunrises with a cloud cover in the valley!

Upon arrival, the Italian owner was present, very friendly and welcoming. The English speaking hostess was there 30 minutes later, and also very friendly. We felt equally welcome. A welcome pack was ready with some basic issues. The house was immaculately clean and tidy. The garden and pool were well cared for, clean and the sun loungers by the pool like new.
