This house is a hidden gem! It was spacious enough for our family of four, and the kids loved playing in the garden. We were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to the center of Apecchio, where we found great restaurants. Overall, a very practical and enjoyable stay.

What a wonderful retreat! The location is serene, surrounded by nature, and just a short drive from the village. The living areas were cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also appreciated the barbecue facilities for outdoor dinners. Highly recommended!

We had a lot of fun at Belvilla by OYO Il Girasole, the cabin is spacious and well-decorated, which makes it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed discovering nearby attractions like Bocca Serriola, and the hosts were also kind and helpful!

The access road from the parking lot to the house was steep and my husband could barely walk due to a problem with his ankle. We were allowed to transport the suitcases over this road to the house on arrival. But otherwise the gate remained locked. I indicated at Maurizio that it was impossible for my husband to walk up that road every time. But because five years ago a car had entered the pool from the access road, he did not want anyone to drive there in his absence. We decided after three days to leave and told him that. Then he said he wanted to give us the key .. But then we were already packed and ready for departure. I lugged all the luggage down, because the gate is closed and Maurizio only in the afternoon on the spot to open it for us. All this is incomprehensible. It was so clear to see with how much effort my husband made the way to the house, where he could have done with a car…

We were kindly received by the host. The cottage itself is very quiet, comfortable and very clean. The swimming pool is slightly lower but easily accessible and also well maintained. Nice region, very beautiful nature. Ideal for walks. Apecchio itself is very quiet. For those who like to go to a city or to the sea, you should foresee an hour's drive.

Very beautiful environment! Secluded, but enough facilities in the village. On top of the hill you have a beautiful view! The house is spacious and well furnished. The owner is very helpful and attentive. He receives wine and cake, brings coffee in the morning and everyone attends the pizza party on a Wednesday night! You don't have to sign up, you are expected! For trips you have to take longer journeys into account because of the mountainous side landscape, but in the immediate vicinity there is also plenty to see.In view of the price level in the region you better eat out than always go shopping in the supermarket.The pool is excellent: there are plenty of sun beds and chairs for everyone. a little lower than the house, there is a house with a toilet and a fridge at the swimming pool to store your drinks.

Very hospitable welcome by Maurizio, and his family and not to mention Maya the dog. This family is working hard to make the most of it. It's a lovely house where in real life everything comes back to the theme of sunflower. Also the surroundings are very beautiful. At the house there is a shady garden with nice chairs. We had a fantastic holiday. Maurizio and his father received the guests really like kings. Nothing is too much for them. Here, the customer is really still in first place! Then we were missing glasses that prompt, the same for wasspelden, coffee, etc. Our wishes were immediately each time ingewilligd.Het view is breath taking prayer, the villagers very welcoming. From here you can go all kinds of nice towns and villages visit such as Urbino, Urbania, Gubbio, etc. The coast is an hour away. Maurizio has plenty of tips for you to helpen.Zelf we have not really stepped on the road because it was too warm (average 35 °) .Enige downside were the many bites we had (mosquitoes, horseflies) despite the smear with insect repellent .We will certainly come back yet, a real winner !! Four miles from Appechio begins a great fun hiking trail that leads to a gap with picnic tables. Many wild orchids seen. By car you are within an hour from the coast.

On Saturday at ten o'clock in a dark Apecchio, the hairpin bends up to the house and then wait at the foot of the hill on which the house stands. Maurizio opened the gate and after unpacking the car first we had the beer and cake. Then we go to sleep in a strange and dark earth environment. Tired Until the next morning we saw how (stupidly) that environment is beautiful! We have all sorts of interesting things and places (Urbino and the caves of Frasassie) views. When pizza meal on Thursday evening we met some of the family and acquaintances of Maurizio. It seemed so "n Bertolli party, but with real Italians. Particularly cozy. A successful holiday.

The cottages are well equipped, there is a lot of privacy and private garden is saved. The weekly pizza night is very cozy and provides some contact with the other guests. Le marche region as less touristy than Tuscany (& ampUmbrië), which suited us well. The Adriatic coast is fairly easy to reach., 70 km, The cottage itself is somewhat far away from a big city / a highway. in return you get a quiet environment, with real local "flair". Truly a must!

On Saturday at ten o'clock in a dark Apecchio, the hairpin bends up to the house and then wait at the foot of the hill on which the house stands. Maurizio opened the gate and after unpacking the car first we had the beer and cake. Then we go to sleep in a strange and dark earth environment. Tired Until the next morning we saw how (stupidly) that environment is beautiful! We have all sorts of interesting things and places (Urbino and the caves of Frasassie) views. When pizza meal on Thursday evening we met some of the family and acquaintances of Maurizio. It seemed so "n Bertolli party, but with real Italians. Particularly cozy. A successful holiday.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful setting. Ideal place for families with children. The garden and the guest house are very well looked after. That is well thought. Good bed. Good bathroom. Inventory is complete. Outdoor seating and barbecue. Delicious (very clean!) Pool overlooking Apecchio. There go a few nice and well cared for animals in the pasture. The area is good for hiking. Four miles from Appechio begins a great fun hiking trail that leads to a gap with picnic tables. Many wild orchids seen. By car you are within an hour from the coast.

Very nice holiday with friendly welcome. Spacious apartment, cleaned and provided with fresh towels, linens and kitchen textiles. nice village with supermarket, bakery, butcher and some shops. Pool was nice but sometimes a little too cold water. Pizza night with all residents was the highlight of the week. Very cozy. True Italian hospitality, delicious. The advantage of this house was the private garden where good garden chairs and 2 sunbeds were. All very neat, clean and well maintained. We had a fantastic holiday. Maurizio and his father received the guests really like kings. Nothing is too much for them. Here, the customer is really still in first place! Then we were missing glasses that prompt, the same for wasspelden, coffee, etc. Our wishes were immediately each time ingewilligd.Het view is breath taking prayer, the villagers very welcoming. From here you can go all kinds of nice towns and villages visit such as Urbino, Urbania, Gubbio, etc. The coast is an hour away. Maurizio has plenty of tips for you to helpen.Zelf we have not really stepped on the road because it was too warm (average 35 °) .Enige downside were the many bites we had (mosquitoes, horseflies) despite the smear with insect repellent .We will certainly come back yet, a real winner !! We stayed in the cottage Il Girasole, the sunflower. With great care, the theme was made, on the tablecloth sunflowers, sunflowers on the paintings, sunflowers on the bedding. Nice house, nice pool. Very hospitable welcome by Maurizio, and his family and not to mention Maya the dog. This family is working hard to make the most of it. It's a lovely house where in real life everything comes back to the theme of sunflower. Also the surroundings are very beautiful. At the house there is a shady garden with nice chairs. Very beautiful environment! Secluded, but enough facilities in the village. On top of the hill you have a beautiful view! The house is spacious and well furnished. The owner is very helpful and attentive. He receives wine and cake, brings coffee in the morning and everyone attends the pizza party on a Wednesday night! You don't have to sign up, you are expected! For trips you have to take longer journeys into account because of the mountainous side landscape, but in the immediate vicinity there is also plenty to see.In view of the price level in the region you better eat out than always go shopping in the supermarket.The pool is excellent: there are plenty of sun beds and chairs for everyone. a little lower than the house, there is a house with a toilet and a fridge at the swimming pool to store your drinks.

We were kindly received by the host. The cottage itself is very quiet, comfortable and very clean. The swimming pool is slightly lower but easily accessible and also well maintained. Nice region, very beautiful nature. Ideal for walks. Apecchio itself is very quiet. For those who like to go to a city or to the sea, you should foresee an hour's drive.

The access road from the parking lot to the house was steep and my husband could barely walk due to a problem with his ankle. We were allowed to transport the suitcases over this road to the house on arrival. But otherwise the gate remained locked. I indicated at Maurizio that it was impossible for my husband to walk up that road every time. But because five years ago a car had entered the pool from the access road, he did not want anyone to drive there in his absence. We decided after three days to leave and told him that. Then he said he wanted to give us the key .. But then we were already packed and ready for departure. I lugged all the luggage down, because the gate is closed and Maurizio only in the afternoon on the spot to open it for us. All this is incomprehensible. It was so clear to see with how much effort my husband made the way to the house, where he could have done with a car…
