This amazing farmhouse is located in Apecchio. Ideal for a family or a group of friends, it can accommodate 10 guests and has 4 bedrooms. This stay has a shared swimming pool for you to relax and enjoy to the maximum.
The farmhouse is only 300 from the restaurant for you to plan a lovely dine out. For exploring the local area, the town center, grocery stores, and pubs are 3 km away.
Enjoy a nice brunch with your loved ones in the shared garden while soaking in the sun. Children can enjoy playing on the play equipment. On the private terrace, you can light up the barbecue and enjoy sizzling meals. Keeping your comfort in mind, central heating is provided. You can bring 2 pets on the property. A cot can be availed for a small fee.
Guests can check-in between 3-6 PM and check-out from 9-10 AM.

We enjoyed our stay but if you choose this location for one must be aware of his dater quite a long path (± 10 minutes) from the village to the site. This seems quite far from civilization to liggen.Maar the setting is beautiful and Apecchio is a lively and fun Italian village!

Very good apartment, very spacious, cozy, well received (albeit only in Italian), nice pool. Nice vacation gehad.Een only downside (or plus for nature lovers) rather isolated location (+ / - 5 km from town).

It was a very nice house and a nice swimming pool) It is remote, there is no supermarket nearby. For a slightly larger supermarket you drive 45 min. For small children totally unsuitable there are many stairs and outside they can not really crawl. There is a bed but more for a baby and no highchair. The owner speaks only itiliaans but is very friendly and does her best to help you with anything despite the language. The house was also very clean.

Very suitable house in a beautiful setting. Very neat and good contacts with the owners. She'll talk only Italian, but they do their best to explain everything slowly. Nice pool with stunning views of the bergen.Het house is too noisy, you can hear the neighbors talking. "Montalto" has a great porch, but not a good place outside where you can sit cozy. "At night it is quite cold in the mountains, so we're mostly made use of the veranda.

Wonderful holiday. Enjoyed the peace, kindness, hospitality and beautiful scenery. Friendly owners who are particularly helpful even though they only speak Italian. You will always be there with them. A more suitable location if you assume holds. No internet.

Our holiday in the Marche is definitely expected. The region and its immediate surroundings are very beautiful. Gorgaccia is located in a house with lots of character and style. And plenty of room. Everything is very neat. And the owners were very friendly and pleasant people. Advantage was that some of us could understand a word of Italian. The animals on the farm made an extra experience for both young and old. The distances in the Marches are sometimes a bit big. Fortunately Apecchio a town where you will find everything in the small supermarket. The baker ensures daily fresh bread and fruit and vegetables are fresh to obtain in a shop. Urbino, Gubbio, Perugia, ... all special cities that you can visit. A must for lovers of tranquility, nature and culture ...

Wonderful stay. Very nice location with fantastic vergezichten.s "night it was also nice to sit by the pool or trying the outdoor tables on the domain. The pool was a nice surprise. There were plenty of sunbeds!! The owners of the stay were friendly and helpful people! Highly recommended.
