Overall a solid choice for a family vacation, The house was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, We liked that we could park nearby and the proximity to local dining options was a nice convenience, The kids especially enjoyed the pool, Nothing too fancy, but a good, functional place to stay

Very nice place overall, The outdoor area is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing, The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking meals easy, I also appreciated the pet-friendly policy since we brought our dog, A small note, parking can be a bit tight depending on when you arrive, but it is free and just a short walk away.

We had a good time at Belvilla by OYO Il Vecchio Frantoio, The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable, We didn’t spend too much time indoors, but when we did, we felt right at home, The location, while a bit off the beaten path, allowed us to explore several nearby towns without much hassle

Our family loved the layout of the house and the beautiful garden. The children enjoyed the pool, and we spent lovely evenings grilling on the barbecue. It was easy to explore the nearby towns, and we found excellent dining options like Il Maramaldo just a few minutes' drive away.

We had a great time at Belvilla! The house was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything essential and even a nice pool to cool off in. Additionally, the location is practically ideal for day trips to Pisa and Florence. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but we weren't there to watch series, were we? Would definitely recommend to friends!

The house, the pool / whirlpool, the quiet, idyllic location, everything exactly as we wanted it to be. We were there in September 2021 and had heavenly weather. Tuscany is magical.

Spacious house with beautiful private pool. There are a number of shady spots in the garden. Located in the center of a very small village with no through traffic. There is a cafe and very small supermarket very close to the house.

Nice house with all conveniences. The pool is lovely and very well looked after. The area is wonderful, especially the tranquility. A pleasant little village. I'm in love.

Beautiful location in a restored olive oil factory with several terraces to enjoy the garden, lovely swimming pool and beautiful views of the valley. Romantic village with minimal amenities. Very friendly welcome by the owner. Village is glued to a hill, so a lot of climbing. Also on the ground floor in the house many steps between the different rooms. Beds could use a better mattress.Ideal place for a quiet holiday (in your own garden) or as a base for beautiful cultural excursions in the beautiful cities in the area.

Nice house, located in a bergdorp.De garden and pool are beautiful. There are pillows for all garden seats. The restaurant Orciatico is an experience. Very good food, all freshly prepared ... the best tiramisu I ever ate. The owner is helpful and friendly and the wine he makes irresistible. We have visited all the cities in the periphery. Florence is easy to do via Pontederra and as the train nemen.De kitchen is small but everything is there.

Nice location but urgently in need of updating and the cleaning could be much better. Recommend the following tenants to take extra measures against the mosquitoes I was there on Saturday and the pool was not maintained. Had to work with 3 men on Wednesday and Thursday to get it clean ???

The house is in a very good location for exploring Tuscany. From there we explored Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca and the coast. The nearby town of Volterra is a very nice place to stroll, to enjoy terraces and with nice restaurants and souvenir shops. We were also very hospitably received by friendly and helpful homeowner where we could go with all our questions. The house is well cared for and the garden, pool are well maintained. Unfortunately, we have not been able to enjoy much of the pool because of many stinging insects, such as mosquitoes and horseflies. But this certainly did not spoil our wonderful summer vacation, on the contrary. The restaurant in the village itself is also highly recommended !!!

Nice place for a nice vacation. Well maintained and beautiful views from the terrace. Nice pool with enough garden there. House is next to a church and ringing the bell makes the night or nuisance. So you can not sleep with the windows open. Otherwise everything was there, even the Nespresso machine!

We stayed two weeks in this fantastic house in Oriciatico. The family that welcomed us was very kind and gentle, we got several tips to do in the area. We were there with two kids and got everything we needed. The house was tidy and clean, the location is easy to travel from and the pool has a gorgeous view. We had an amazing time in Orciatico and can recommend it most definetly. Bye tutti!

Great fun, beautiful and authentic house to spend the holidays in Tuscany. Centrally located to visit many, many cities and platelets. In two weeks time we have, visited Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Florence and Siena. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful house, beautiful decor. You have to get used to the church bells (you hear every hour), but if you can get used to, great. Owners very friendly and helpful. You can not park in front, but that is no obstacle.

We had a very nice week with plenty of sun, relaxation and conviviality. Beautiful scenery to drive through, or watch from the terrace. Beautiful towns, but here and there a bit too touristy for our taste. Village where the house stands is wonderfully quiet and you can walk nicely.

Excellent accommodation in a small village of 250 inhabitants. House is on steep climb. Parking your car away. Beautiful garden, swimming pool and sun terrace. Good restaurant in the village. Good base for west Tuscany Volterra, Pisa.

The accommodation was very good. The father of the owner was a very pleasant gentleman, who gave the necessary support. It is perhaps good to mention that it is not so easy for less mobile people to reach the home. My husband was lucky that we could always drop him in front of the house and then park the car in the parking lot a bit further. Otherwise, the steep slope would have been a problem.

Well received by the owner, guided tour and explanation. We were also invited one night for a dinner, that was great, home-made pizzas, nice wine and limoncello, dessert pizza with nutella and we were allowed to try the pizza ourselves! The house was fine, but there was only one bed where you could sleep well, our other fellow travelers had to stack some mattresses on top of each other to still be a bit comfortable.The environment was fantastic.

Very nicely restored house with a beautiful, spacious and well-kept swimming pool. Really worth it. Orciatico is a small village on top of a hill. Typical Tuscan landscape near Lajatico and Volterra. Recommended!

Great accommodation! Easily accessible from the road. At the cottage you have 3 garages, an electronic gate for the car and a fence / fence around the whole house. House is modern. Large (full) kitchen, excellent bathrooms. Pool and garden also very nicely landscaped and maintained. You can turn on a robot yourself to scrub the pool every night. Only thing missing for us were some soft cushions for the sunbeds.

The house is very nice. Autenthic. The garden is the real reason why you should book this accommodation. Astonishing views and great swimming pool. We had really bad weather so we didn't enjoy the garden as much as we would have liked. The village is small. Not very much to do.

Great arrival. The owner of the house took plenty of time to show and explain everything. The accommodation was beautiful. Beautiful elements of the former olive oil factory were clearly visible and beautifully illuminated. The house was something like a museum, very special.

Very nice pleasant house in the middle of Orciatico. Sufficient shade and for those who want a lot of space for sunbathing. The pool was blissful and you can relax in the jacuzzi. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills and Volterra. Friendly people in the village with the presence of a small shop, a bank and bar. Recommended! Via the owner (Gualandi) also bought wine and olive oil from their own vines and orchard.
