Its been wonderful! The location, property and home owner all have been great. Ms Fredi has been so helpful with all our questions when we started our stay. We look forward to coming back again.

We were on vacation there from October 11, 2025, to October 21, 2025, just the two of us. The apartment is equipped with everything you need – very clean, nicely furnished, and quietly located since it is in a cul-de-sac. The sandy beach is easily reachable on foot. Across the street is a rocky beach, which is excellent for fishing or enjoying beautiful sunsets. Communication with the host Francesca went smoothly via WhatsApp. She is very friendly and accommodating.

This is our place to go to in Italy. The location is great: the house is situated directly at the seaside in a quiet area. The beach is within a walking distance. Some local shops and restaurants are also located very close by. The apartment is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped so you can easily prepare your own meals. We recommend this place.

The holiday home was a great base to explore the Tuscan coast. It had all the essentials we needed, and the proximity to local attractions like the Marble Museum was a bonus. The living space was spacious but could use a bit more decor to feel more inviting. Overall, it was a practical choice for our stay, and we appreciated the nearby dining options like Sushi Meshi and Euro Pizza Pizzeria.

With navigation, the accommodation was very easy to find. Contact person, despite our lack of language skills in Italian and English, very friendly and a communication möglich.Unterkunft was very clean, inc. Sheets and towels. It could have been a bit more dishes (only 2 cups for four people). The sandy beach is easy to reach on foot and very clean (not suitable for swimming, water too shallow and in the water very rocky sometimes even very sharp, aqua shoes recommended.

The apartment looked exactly as on the pictures. Everything was new and very clean. We were there with 4 adults, and there was room enough to sleep. The bed and couch were comfortable. We loved the location of the house the sea was just in front of the apartment. You can't swim there, but you can sit/walk there and enjoy the view. The public beach is very close, within 10 min walk. There are few restaurants and a small supermarket near by. The owner was very friendly and helpful, always fast in answering our questions. We enjoyed our 10 days stay, and highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at this holiday home in Carrara! The views from our terrace were simply stunning, especially during sunrise, The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a lovely pool nearby, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare family meals, The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxation, Our dog loved it too, as it was pet-friendly! Definitely recommend for families looking for a getaway

This place exceeded our expectations! The decor was tasteful and cozy. We appreciated the modern amenities, especially the dishwasher, which made cleaning up easier. Additionally, nearby dining options, such as Euro Pizza, were a hit with the kids.
