The apartment is located in a beautiful farmhouse immersed in the green rolling hills of the Val d'Orcia. It is the perfect structure for those seeking the tranquility and privacy of a holiday home with the services of a hotel.
The environment is charming and full of intimacy and tranquility. The location is wrapped in suggestive nature and surrounded by centuries-old cypresses, vineyards and olive trees. It is definitely the ideal place for all those who want to explore the city and all the nearby places like Siena, Orvieto, Perugia etc. The agritourism has an agreement with some spas 8 km away (15% voucher at the weekend and up to 25% discount on weekdays).
Located in an exceptional natural context and extremely respectful of the surrounding environment with rainwater recovery for irrigation of the 6,000-metre garden and photovoltaic panels for electricity. Also during the winter months the heating is with wood! At guests' disposal a self-service tea room with board games. The company is organically grown and produces excellent organic wine, oil and jams from its own orchard, and there is also an excellent catering service. Upon request, rich breakfasts (also in the room), brunch by the pool and excellent dinners with typical Tuscan products. The restaurant is open for dinner and offers a fixed price menu with typical dishes and products of the area linked to seasonality and excellent wines to taste.
Possibility of car and shuttle rental to and from Rome and Perugia airports.

We arrived at Belvilla's written directions at a place 8km from the actual location on a country road where nobody could guess. We slept in the annexe which is not shown on the photos of Belvilla as a guest house. These photos are the owner's house. Inside the pictures, the first night I fell spontaneously through the bed where there were too few slats in the bottom, but after the day after the day the bed was made very amateurish, making me night two again Bed hangover and bothered my back. After three days we would have a change of linen which did not come, which meant we had to dry for five days with the same towels. All of this for an amount of 620 euros for four nights without breakfast is not what we expect And what was to be offered at a bed and breakfast on a biological pondera. Oh, the organic farm has been out of use for some time now, so this did not match the current standard. By reporting all this, the response from Belvilla that they did not receive our email and that they could only have done something when we called the SOS number. I hope they have the pleasure of having this honest experience of us Places.
