This restored holiday home in Piazze with 6 bedrooms accommodates a group of 11 or families with children. It features a private swimming pool and air conditioning.
The place offers you many attractions. The thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni at 6 km, the picturesque village Cetona at 10 km and the Etruscan town of Chiusi at 15 km are worth a visit. Lake Trasimeno at 30 km is ideal for a swim. There is a tennis court and horse riding at 7 km and a supermarket and restaurant at 800 m.
The air conditioning gives a relaxing atmosphere inside. The living room is perfect to lounge with a warm fireplace. The balcony on the first floor gives magnificent views. The kids are provided with a cot and high chair for a small fee. The terrace and garden is relaxing with a barbecue.
Train station is at 15 km and motorway is at 16 km.

Beautiful old house, everything you need is present, friendly housekeeper. On Saturday the house was cleaned and we got clean linen (we were there for 2 weeks). The housekeeper came every day to water the plants, time in consultation, really nice. Beautiful view, beautiful starry sky (bring binoculars or telescope). Well suffered from mosquitoes. The driveway from the dirt road to the house was very steep, and the dirt road is easiest to take from top to bottom. We arrived very early at 3:00 PM, nobody was there yet, and the Italian agency did not answer. The 'neighbor' saw us, and called the housekeeper, then the agency called us back. She was there after 10 minutes. The roof has given us an hour of shade while waiting. The housekeeper does not speak English, so it is useful if you speak a word of Italian, otherwise Google translate is your best friend -). In the village you can get lots of things in the shop, and in Chiusi (20 minutes car) there are a couple of large supermarkets (eg Lidl). By train you are in Rome and Florence in just over 1.5 hours. We had a fantastic holiday.
