Located in Cortona there are three separate apartments in this villa. Located in the countryside, the apartment has an external garden of 3000 m2 where you can sit and relax on the garden furniture and enjoy delicious barbecue meals. The swimming pool is private and the home has heating and air conditioning. The home is decorated with wooden beams, terracotta tiles, and has a modern kitchen. A fantastic view over the Val di Chiana awaits you and from the pool, you can see Montepulciano.

You can explore the cities of Tuscany and Umbria, which are nearby. There are lots of opportunities for hiking and mountain biking in the area as well. You can visit the cities of Cortona, 4 km away, Arezzo, 30 km away, Perugia, 45 km away, and Siena, 60 km away. You can find the town centre, general supplies, and restaurants 3 km away.

The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful regions of Tuscany and Umbria. The apartment was comfortable, and we enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. Just a small warning, the Wi-Fi was a bit temperamental at times, but that didn't dampen our enthusiasm!
