Located in Cortona is a lovely private villa with 2 bedrooms and is ideal for small families or couples.

The cities Montepulciano, Castelnuovo Berardenga, Arezzo and Perugia are close and you can explore Tuscany and Umbria too. There is a lake 15km away. The town centre is 2 km away, and restaurants and general supplies can also be found 2 km away.

The quiet home comes with a garden with furniture, a barbecue, as well as a terrace. The private swimming pool also promises complete privacy. The home also has wooden ceiling beams and beautiful terracotta tiles on the floors. A cosy fireplace and sofa in the living room invites intimate conversations over a glass of wine.

What a lovely spot! The terrace overlooking the garden was a highlight for us, We spent many evenings enjoying the BBQ and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, The villa's rustic charm with wooden beams really added to the experience,
