Located in Cortona is a lovely private villa with 2 bedrooms and is ideal for small families or couples.
The cities Montepulciano, Castelnuovo Berardenga, Arezzo and Perugia are close and you can explore Tuscany and Umbria too. There is a lake 15km away. The town centre is 2 km away, and restaurants and general supplies can also be found 2 km away.
The quiet home comes with a garden with furniture, a barbecue, as well as a terrace. The private swimming pool also promises complete privacy. The home also has wooden ceiling beams and beautiful terracotta tiles on the floors. A cosy fireplace and sofa in the living room invites intimate conversations over a glass of wine.
The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi - Umbria International Airport, 60 km away.

On arrival, it did not look like what we had seen in the pictures. Lots of mess at the pool, chairs broken and the house was quite dirty. Cleaned up the mess at the pool itself. A cleaning team asked for the house! we pay for clean ... then we want clean! once that was resolved (besides the chairs ... on departure still piece) had a great holiday!

Further on, there is a dog shelter or something where dogs are crying and crying all night, which is very disturbing, especially if you go for a bit of rest.

Perfectly peaceful rural setting a stone's throw from the pretty town of Cortona. Cozy house for a family of 4, a beautiful swimming pool and a beautifully maintained garden! Well-equipped kitchen and some basic food available. Excellent reception and fast communication with the administrators possible! We could go there for any question!
