This 2-bedroom holiday home in Cortona can accommodate a family or group of 4. It is a part of Tuscany agritourismo and offers a peaceful retreat. You can use wonderful facilities like a shared swimming pool, available for refreshing laps and private terrace for enjoying meals.
There are many shops and restaurants, located within 1 km for your convenience. The nearest tennis court is 3 km away, if you miss your favourite sport. A day trip to the lake, located at a short drive is also possible.
The centrally heated home also has a fireplace in the living room for cosy and warm evenings. The furnished terrace allows you to enjoy meals prepared in the equipped kitchen or sizzling barbecue (shared) delicacies. Shared washing machine s also available for your comfort. Being a child-friendly property, cot and high chair are available.
You can check in from 4 - 6 PM and check out between 9 - 10 AM.

Excellent accommodation, even for this price. When plumbing works better (water pressure and have a hot shower) it is not top but supertop

welcoming owners in a beautiful park. would have been nicer if they put the finishing touches. a lot of noise in the vicinity of dogs and grass sprinklers affecting around 0630. by sprinklers which is the garden where your breakfast also very wet. toilet flushes painfully (il pino) backset well then you have to repeatedly flush. but the location near Cortona is amazing! within 10 minutes you are in the center. supermarket is 5 minutes and you can get the bread foot camucia.

Happy holiday had in this agritourismo. Decent rooms. Close to supermarket and charming town of Cortona. All within a few minutes rijden.Omgeving bit noisy, freight 'drive past at night. However, the price quality ratio jellyfish good! Friendly owner who' s evening was bringing a bottle of homemade wine.

A nice house, very clean, nicely furnished with a nice terrace with shade. Nice swimming pool. Very friendly welcome by Emanuel. We even received a message in the morning that the house was ready. Cortona is a 10-minute drive away. Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work everywhere. (only front house) We heard the barking dogs at night, the garden sprinklers and the train traffic with the bell of the station, but it was doable. Please note that the cottage is located in Camucia, village next to Cortona. (due to navigation!) We had the misfortune that the boiler faltered all week. Been to a mechanic 4 times but problem was not solved yet. So regular no hot water, really bummed! Biggest downside was the bad double bed. The mosquitoes (or other stinging insects) were also a problem, everyone walked with legs full of itchy bumps.

Beautiful accommodation, both the cottage and the pool. Quiet and netjes.Prima position. The accommodation I would definitely aanbevelen.Alleen toilets flushing difficult by. It was unclear where we could find the owner if there was something, there really should be done about it. Communications also further proceeds with difficulty because of the language barrier.

Excellent stay in this holiday. Friendly and hospitable eigenaar.Voldoende privacy and a lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers. A beautiful view of Cortona and you are within 10 minutes in the center for example to eat out or to explore the city.Also a good environment for cycling.A short distance in Camucia a supermarket.We were very satisfied about this property and go this year for the second time back to this place.In short, a must, also in terms of price-quality ratio.

Charming authentic apartment. Nice complex with a nice swimming pool and close to all kinds of amenities (bakery and gelateria within walking distance, supermarket nearby and many restaurants nearby). Cortona is beautiful old towns with nice restaurants and terraces. Committed family who take quick action when something goes wrong. Had a wonderful holiday.

Il Borgo is a quiet Agriturismo, located on the outside of Camurcia, which you can walk to within a few minutes. The accommodations (all on the ground floor) are clean and each has its own piece of garden with an awning (covered with ivy, so shady). A 10-minute drive from the town of Cortona, from where you can see Lake Trasimeno. The pool is not large, but offers sufficient cooling. Very friendly welcome!
