Located on a farm in Cortona is this typical country home in Tuscany. This four bedroom holiday home is ideal for a family or group of 8 and surrounded by acres of farm land and a swimming pool behind it.
The property lies a km away from the town centre where you can find a wide range of restaurants, bars and stores for shopping for supplies. Major attractions of Tuscany are located within 10 to 15km from here.
Divided in 3 levels, this spacious and light filled property offers a double bed in each bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. There’s a grand living room with sofas, TV and fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals. You can enjoy a nice breakfast in the garden with seating area.

We had the yellow house that is split in two consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The photos are a bit dated because there is a fence between the swimming pool and the house between them a small lawn (photo seems larger). There is a swing and a slide for the children. The owner is super friendly and despite the language barrier (only speaks Italian) she could help us well. The kitchen is, as said, limited but fine. Lovely shaded area at the front and back of the house. The village of Camucia is within walking distance with a few food shops (including café d’angelo where you can get tasty coffee, sandwiches and pizzas). Cortona is a 10-minute drive away. Location somewhat noisy because near roads and train but not disturbing. Had a great holiday here!

The house was missing airco or vans while it was 38 degrees outside. We were there with 4 people(the others couldnt make it) while the house should fit 8 people. (four bedrooms). The sitting area was quite small. Pool was nice but water really unclear

With family, 6 people and baby stayed for 2 weeks. Photos website distorted a bit, lovely house, right at the swimming pool. No nice view from the agritourismo, but beautifully landscaped. Fine bathrooms and bedrooms, seating in the kitchen too limited. But it was fine again in early June. Few tourists can enjoy Cortona, a beautiful small town in Tuscany, where you can enjoy Espressos on real Tuscan squares. Beautiful church above Cortona and beautiful view. Enjoyed Perugia and Arezzo. Major cities such as Rome, Pisa and Florence, Orvieto easy to reach but not visited this time.Minpuntje no walking area from location and no seating area inside. Very nice owner, who did not quite understand why the bill was not right. No high chair available. Child's bed is no longer up to date.

The house surprised us.We were 5 adults and a baby. Ample space, only the living room is a bit small, and the kitchen is a bit tight, but since you're alive outside is not so "n objection., The surrounding space is superb and a lovely pool. Everywhere loungers that anyone can use . The house was clean and the beds made. A nice couple that run the plot. omgeveing u200bu200bis also worthwhile, Cortona is a nice town and Siena, Assisi, Perugia are doing good. then there are nice places in smaller the environment and golfbanen.Wij have had a wonderful holiday and were sorry to go again. way there we had a lot of problems with mosquitoes, so take it above anything against it.

The house surprised us.We were 5 adults and a baby. very clean and everything was there that you need to live as everyday the pool was top notch and the owner very accommodating, single handicap for us was that he no can German, for which we only broken English and Italian but comes with hand and foot to but ultimately to one another

With family, 6 people and baby stayed for 2 weeks. Photos website distorted a bit, lovely house, right at the swimming pool. No nice view from the agritourismo, but beautifully landscaped. Fine bathrooms and bedrooms, seating in the kitchen too limited. But it was fine again in early June. Few tourists can enjoy Cortona, a beautiful small town in Tuscany, where you can enjoy Espressos on real Tuscan squares. Beautiful church above Cortona and beautiful view. Enjoyed Perugia and Arezzo. Major cities such as Rome, Pisa and Florence, Orvieto easy to reach but not visited this time.Minpuntje no walking area from location and no seating area inside. Very nice owner, who did not quite understand why the bill was not right. No high chair available. Child's bed is no longer up to date.

We had the yellow house that is split in two consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The photos are a bit dated because there is a fence between the swimming pool and the house between them a small lawn (photo seems larger). There is a swing and a slide for the children. The owner is super friendly and despite the language barrier (only speaks Italian) she could help us well. The kitchen is, as said, limited but fine. Lovely shaded area at the front and back of the house. The village of Camucia is within walking distance with a few food shops (including café d’angelo where you can get tasty coffee, sandwiches and pizzas). Cortona is a 10-minute drive away. Location somewhat noisy because near roads and train but not disturbing. Had a great holiday here!

The house was missing airco or vans while it was 38 degrees outside. We were there with 4 people(the others couldnt make it) while the house should fit 8 people. (four bedrooms). The sitting area was quite small. Pool was nice but water really unclear
