Beautiful historical villa! Perfect vacation.

We just got back from our stay at Villa Pepi and honestly, it was amazing! The private pool was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring Florence, The location is nice and quiet, but close enough to all the sights, Only downside was the WiFi was kinda slow, but we managed, Would def come back!

Our stay was very pleasant, The villa had everything we needed for a short getaway, It was nice to have the pool to relax in after a day of visiting Florence, The nearby transport links made it easy to get around

Our stay at Villa Pepi was quite pleasant. The villa is spacious and clean, with a warm atmosphere that felt like home. Although the decor is a bit outdated, it has its own charm. It is ideally located near local dining options, which we appreciated. The outdoor space was nice for a barbecue, although we didn't use the pool as much as we thought we would. Overall, it was a practical choice for our family vacation, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

A beautiful getaway in Florence, The children loved the playground, and we enjoyed the barbecues in the garden, Close to restaurants and a few minutes' drive from downtown.

Villa Pepi offered a wonderful balance of comfort and luxury, The decor is special, and the large dining room was perfect for our family meals, We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, especially Lady's Cafè for breakfast!

We had an amazing family getaway at Belvilla by OYO Villa Pepi! The spaciousness of the villa was perfect for our large group, with each of the seven bedrooms comfortably accommodating us all, The private pool was a hit, especially with the kids, who spent hours splashing around, The location is serene, nestled near the forest, which made for great morning hikes, Plus, we were only a short drive from Florence's top spots like the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio, The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to whip up some family meals, A truly delightful experience that I would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Pepi. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made cooking together a joy. Additionally, the short drive to the Uffizi was a bonus. The garden was beautiful and perfect for our dinners. We would definitely return!

This place is a hidden gem! The interior design is charming and well-decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the area, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive.

A very attractive historic villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped, with a shady terrace with fantastic views for dining with family and friends, in a beautiful pieceful garden, close to Florence. owner Ilaria is the friendliest, gives useful tips and, if desired, a fun and interesting tour of the villa and family chapel.

Upon arrival we were nicely met by the owner of the villa and we received an extensive tour with explanations about various issues that were important. For most of us it was a 1st visit to Italy and the view from our villa in Tuscany was overwhelming.We have enjoyed a fantastic week with our entire family and have visited a number of places in the area (including Florence). The villa from 1580 was spacious with more than enough bedrooms and shower facilities and owner Ilaria was always ready to give us useful tips. Overall a beautiful week with brilliant weather.

A fantastic villa in beautiful scenery, and Iliara is a great owner and hostess. We stayed here with my husband's American family, for them the first encounter with Italy, and we could not choose a better place. The villa has so much history, and the place is so quiet that you can enjoy the peace or quiet of a small party. Iliara is fantastic as a hostess. She has made every effort to make our stay memorable, including turning on a private chef who prepared a delicious meal for us. The rooms are beautiful, there is a lot of space in the villa, and it's cool if you're looking for a hot day after a hot day. All in all, if you want to enjoy a group of friends or family with each other and the environment.
