sympathetic agriturismo nice quiet communal garden with swimming pool. beautiful view over the hills. interior is dark (tables), we found some musty and crockery / fridge etc not so clean. sanitary towels and sheets be neat and fresh. welcome is friendly. For us Vinci was a little too quiet. You really need a car to move to the beautiful towns.

Is pretty centrally located between all sights in.Benedenappartement where we stayed was very neat. However, very noisy with people above us & quotsliepen "and it also does not hoorde.Er was a party organized what was private which we suffered. Belvilla knows this too. Furthermore, great atmosphere, ditto lap pool and beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful garden, trees and grass around pool. View. House has been renovated in nice manner and divided into 5 apartments. Good beds (2x 2persoons). In the vicinity are many places that are worth (including Florence, Pisa, Lucca, but also lesser known places like Pistoia and Prato). Vinci's nice town with plenty of small shops and restaurants. Supermarkets further away. (Weak) wifi in receptie.Ontvangst by owner began some unkind with some changes in contract: departure had before 9 am on Saturday, there had to be paid for cleaning and energy (for 20 euros or falls under this environment and gas?? ). Another family that was the mosquitoes crazy (apartment in the sun, no shutters to keep out heat so windows were really open in the evening) and had offered to make screens or buy the material itself ..... The son was more helpful and spoke very good English. Sound (especially sound contact and sliding seats) from upstairs neighbors. In busy upstairs neighbors may have problems! Sat twice without water because pressure was lost when changing the pool. Unfortunately this was not announced in advance, so we had to go to bed at late return of a warm getaway un showering.

- Because there are two apartments above our apartment is a little unclear which country estate in which apartment belongs. Our upstairs neighbors were smoking right under our bedroom window and chat with our kids in bed until late -. Pool very nice, reception welcoming, clean apartment - shame problem with drain shower water (or neatly resolved, but three days can not shower)

Mansion, fresh even high temperatures. Charming region (Vinci and villages to the north), a little different landscapes of Chianti. Very significant pool to rafraichir.Poussière under furniture before the date of the "last year ... ferocious mosquitoes, one net (hole) for two rooms. Pool and surrounding areas also deserve more attention. No meeting with other tenants. Noisy neighbors above if dishonest.

We enjoyed our week at Da Vinci Tre. The location is beautiful and a great place to be based for visiting different sights in Tuscany. However, don't book a downstairs apartment - the noise from the upstairs apartment was very bad and very disturbing.

Nice and cozy house, nice and relaxed administrators (deposit have to be paid out is not comprised in door leaving key), nice garden and splendid views. We had two small children with us (2 and 3) and found it refreshing. Approx. 20 minute walk to the village (the village of Vinci has little sitting idle), conveniently located to Florence, Lucca, Pistoia.

Absolutely do not book, According to Belvilla award winner 2022, 2023, and 2024. Completely nothing is correct, photos are heavily outdated, everything is old, broken, and dirty. Pool unusable. Never book!!! A small summary: A lot of mold throughout the kitchen Oven is not/never cleaned Mold in the refrigerator and freezer Non-working stinking refrigerator. The kitchen cabinets were covered in fingerprints from the previous people and were dirty. The grout and sealant (if there were any) were moldy, loose, and left much to be desired. There was no working outdoor lighting. Dirty chair cushions in the kitchen. The toilet (floor) and shower (drain) were not cleaned and were dirty upon arrival. The beds were very old, and you could feel the springs. The bedding had stains. Garden furniture was old/broken/taped together/umbrella was missing. Very much overdue maintenance in and around the accommodation. Non-closing (outside) door in the children's bedroom. Broken garden furniture is not being cleared away. The swimming pool was cloudy, dirty, and leaking. Hygiene of the accommodation and swimming pool was not monitored. Hammock was dirty. Etc.

Our house, le CONOLIE had a large garden with a heated pool.This !! oval pool was in the algae (too little chlorine) start green but this was quickly resolved. The kitchenware was somewhat austere, no kettle or kettle was present. Also, a microwave we missed. The promised TV there was not but this was quickly rectified. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and had mosquito netting on the windows. Kitchen was spacious. Bathroom with shower and toilet were OK.We had a nice view of inter alia Vinci vineyards and olive groves. s "at night we could enjoy the owls and fireflies. Vinci is perfectly located in the center of Tuscany to visit the highlights. Siena and Florence, we traveled by train from station Empoli.Al in all a very nice and enjoyable holiday (1500 photo 's to find out) with delicious Italian ice cream.

Accommodation is beautiful authentic environment is beautiful. House is nice authentic, but a bit outdated could use a freshening up

Hospitally received, very friendly manager. The accommodation was simply furnished. Kitchen board somewhat messy. It could have been a little cleaner. The surroundings and the view from the accommodation are beautiful. The driveway to the accommodation, on the other hand, is bad (many potholes and bumps) and possibly. problematic for low / heavily loaded cars.

A beautiful location and accommodations to have a wonderful holiday. With hammock, nice pool, plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Vinci also find a weekend country (in mid-July), the unicorn festival.
