Modern non-smoking holiday flat (smoking possible on the balcony) suitable for 2-4 adults and possibly 1 child.
You live in a cosy 2-room flat with balcony. In the light-flooded living room there is a living wall and a large living landscape. A sleeping corner offers enough space for the 3rd and 4th person. Bedroom with wardrobe, double bed and mattress (NEW) and a children's sofa bed Kitchen with its white furniture is bright and friendly. It is equipped with a 4-plate electric cooker, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, refrigerator, etc. The dining area has a round table and chairs. The dining area with a round table and 4 chairs is opposite the kitchen.
The bathroom with window and a separate toilet is tiled in white. Beautiful location, balcony with a fantastic view of the Salinenpromenade.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
Parking is available on the opposite side of the street.

Our bright and friendly apartment is located in a well-kept residential building and is furnished in a modern style.
The best shopping facilities and the town centre are only a 10-minute walk away, with a beautiful walk through the Salinenpromenade surrounded by lush greenery. The visitor's tax also includes free travel on the city bus line, stop right outside the front door. With your guest card you can also take advantage of events in the surrounding spa towns. Bad Kissingen is a traditional spa town in an idyllic location at the foot of the Bavarian Rhön Mountains. It is easy to reach by car and also by train.
The well-known spa town offers many leisure activities (theatre, cinema, golf course and tennis courts, KissSalis thermal baths for relaxation, Rhön nature park, etc.). But also wellness, preventive health care and comprehensive medical care let you enjoy life with confidence and serenity.
Other health resorts in the area are Bad Brückenau, Bad Neustadt and Bad Bocklet. Many new cycle paths have been created, inviting you again and again to enjoy beautiful cycling tours in the countryside.
Bad Kissingen is one of the best-known health resorts in Germany. Already very popular with kings and princes since the 19th century. A walk through the spa gardens and rose garden is highly recommended. But the town with its old buildings should not be left out either. Bad Kissingen has very nice baths for relaxing and having fun.
