This charming villa in La Romola offers a welcoming retreat for families or groups. The ground floor includes a spacious kitchen with modern appliances (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, boiling-water tap), a cozy living/dining room with fireplace and satellite TV, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom and two kids’ rooms, plus another bathroom. A separate laundry room with washer and ironing facilities adds convenience. Outside, enjoy an 800 m² private garden, a roofed terrace (15 m²), a shared charcoal barbecue, and a 14×7 m pool (open May–October), along with play equipment and games. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and pet-friendly.

The layout is perfect for shared meals, both indoors and outdoors, with the garden and pool offering plenty of space to relax and play. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed at the estate by Carla, the owner, and her two employees. Our accommodation was the last house of a row of apartments. The house was clean and a bottle of wine with some treats were waiting for us. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a large bbq on the field with a long table with benches. On the estate are hedges of rosemary, pots of salvia and basil. As soon as we started cooking food, we first walked around the field. By the pool, sun loungers are also available at all apartments so that you can choose where you want to lie down. It should be taken into account that the water is not drinkable, in any case, one can not guarantee the quality, but given the color we did not dare. In the shop you can get spring water, wine and olive oil and order sandwiches. We were in August and then there are mosquitoes against which you have to rub yourself well. The culture lover can pick up his heart here because Volterra, San Vivaldo, San Gimignano are not far away but also Sienna, Florence are a 1-hour drive from the property. The coast is 1.5 driving from here.We have had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed it very much.

This place is a hidden gem in Tuscany and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Although it requires a car due to its rural location, it was the perfect retreat to relax. The beautiful surroundings truly embody the essence of this stunning region. The hospitality was exceptional, especially from Ricardo, the helpful craftsman, who made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great stay and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

This place is a hidden gem in Tuscany. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Although it is located in the countryside, which requires a car, it was exactly what we needed for a getaway and to recharge our batteries. The beautiful surroundings truly capture the essence of this stunning region. The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Ricardo, the caretaker, who spoke English and was very attentive to our needs every day. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you!
