Villa on a working farm in the countryside, it is in the Vicchio region of Tuscany in Italy. It has 7 lovely bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. It has a private swimming pool and is perfect for a large family gathering or a big group of friends.
On a traditional Tuscan estate, this place is 35 km from Florence. The region offers many activities like hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing and horse riding. You can also visit the International Mugello racetrack and Scarperia golf course.
The Medici Villa has a private garden and a barbecue. There is a shared tennis court and a smaller swimming pool, ping pong table and arrangement for open air dining. The former wine cellars have been converted into meeting rooms.
The town center and general supplies are 400 m away while the train station is 5 km away. Public transport and bike rental are 15 km away. The nearest airport is the Florence Airport and is at a distance of 45 km.

The hostess Laura is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly. However, the house is very outdated and not really clean. The pool is very nice.

Nice villa, but not suitable for people with mobility problems. Even when using the rooms on the ground floor, you have an uneven staircase to the garden to doen.Er 2 kitchens summer - and winter kitchen, but the summer kitchen is small and not suitable for 14 men. The dining room adjacent to the summer kitchen also offers only six seats. The furniture is nice antiques, but it does mean that for example the seats are heavy. It is perhaps not the most convenient furniture with children. The terrace they show in the picture 's is not protected from the sun with awning. For breakfast around 900 it is too hot to have breakfast there. The smaller terrace is cooler, but then only room for six people. the heavy, low, cast iron chairs not really practical respect a high table, so you almost chin sits on table top. Because of the 2 kitchens seeking work was needed to cover an entire table for one man in the first house days.The in reality very dark not as light as it presented in the picture 's condition. Swimming pool (salt water) is fun, and plenty big. Be careful to burn because of the salt water. Garden Shower would be in place here. Itself we missed on arrival pr

Lovely house, cool interior and good beds. Appropriate "antique" furnished. Fine pool. Tweet e di opportunities to play tennis, ping-pong and billiards. Maybe nice to mention the history of the house? The intermediary does not know more than that it was refurbished 30 years ago and estimated that the house is 150 years old, which would be especially for a Medici villa ...! Florence by train from nearby village is also worth mentioning it, because by car from Florence and parking is a crime, especially since there are many boarded up being on the road in the city and signposting leaves much to be desired .
