Located in Montespertoli, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home in a sun-drenched spot on a large green estate. The holiday home has a private terrace with barbecue to enjoy lovely, long dinners. You can relax here with a small family or 4 persons.
The estate is located in a strategic position in the beautiful Chianti hills, making it the perfect base for visiting the art towns in Tuscany - Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa and Certaldo. You can go for walks in the forest that starts at 1 km from home. The town centre with supermarkets and restaurants rests at 5 km if you wish to go for a stroll in the evenings.
The holiday home has an open plan design and indoor heating for comfort. You can sit together in the living/dining room discussing plans and teach your kids cooking in the kitchen. When the sun is up, you can linger outdoors in the furnished garden. 2 pets can join you on holiday. You can request for a cot and a high chair for free. Parking is available.

We were in a nice house in a beautiful, very quiet area! Good base for visiting Florence, Sienna and the other famous places in Tuscany

The decor is neat but sober. Well complete, everything is there and works well. The outside terrace is large, but something more could have been made of it. The location is beautiful, right in the Chianti area. The access road is unpaved, just a quiet drive. Shops are unfortunately remote.

A blissful environment. Located on top of a hill. Proper and well kept cottage and very friendly owners. The last 800m walk over an untouched narrow road, but we are glad to take it for what we get in place. Ideal for rest. An absolute must

Cottage is great place for starting point for city visit and a great place to be particularly hospitable to komen.De landlords to rest.

Especially a lot of culture. July is actually too hot to really be much doen.Route description should be changed! About 5 km of gravel road is almost impossible, while there is a good alternative to is.Buurman is a terrible person. Absolutely not to go there as a tourist. You are hunted almost by force of his yard.

friendly and welcoming, a bit overwhelming. received replacement accommodation was fine. New, neat and clean. Beautiful environment with olive trees and a view from the garden and the balcony in the bedroom.

Pros:
- The house had a beautiful location.
- Spacious house with large terrace.
- Sights and cities within acceptable distance.
Negatives:
- Information on the site was incorrect (Owner lived elsewhere and was certainly not a winegrower)
- House was very dated.
- House was incomplete :
Kettle was missing (we only had to buy 1 ourselves)
Coffee maker was broken, after some insistence we finally got a new one in our 2nd week.
Extractor hood was too dirty and too greasy to use.
Poorly Furnished.
Bath and kitchen linen, cutlery, etc. was very appropriate.
Garden chairs were affected by the weather, there were cracks in the chairs.
Shower cubicle was very small and not really clean.
Hostess was nice, but only spoke Italian.
Final conclusion:
Despite the above, we had a pleasant holiday with very nice weather, were able to make beautiful trips and visit beautiful cities including Pisa, Florence.
We rate this holiday home with a 7-.
We hope that something will be done with our findings .
